The Neighborhood:
Welcome to the world-famous Alberta Arts District! This is Portland at its best—a creative, colorful, and soulful neighborhood where every corner features a mural, a boutique, or a beloved food cart. Wake up and stroll to Proud Mary for coffee, grab ice cream at Salt & Straw, or head to Alberta Park just a few blocks away. Don’t miss Expatriate for a drink, Pine State Biscuits or Tin Shed for brunch and a soak at Kennedy School. This neighborhood is buzzing with energy and walkable charm while still feeling residential and relaxed.
Getting Around:
🚶 Walking — You're a block from NE Alberta Street in the Alberta Arts District, with cafes, restaurants, galleries, and shops within an easy walk. Alberta Park is a few blocks away.
🚌 Bus — TriMet Line 72 (Killingsworth/82nd Ave) runs on nearby NE Killingsworth St, with connections across the city. Check trimet.org for the best route downtown (~25 min).
🚲 Biking — BIKETOWN bike-share stations in the area. Portland's bike lanes make cycling a great option for exploring nearby neighborhoods.
🚗 Driving — Free street parking is widely available. Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) typically arrives in under 5 minutes.
✈️ Airport — PDX is about 15 minutes by car.
Other Things to Note:
This is a ground-floor studio under the living room of the adjacent townhouse-style unit. Footstep and voice noise from upstairs/adjacent guests can be audible, especially when that unit is occupied. Light sleepers may prefer another listing or want to bring earplugs/white noise.
* This listing can be booked with an adjacent townhome on the other side of the building. Because of such, there is a locked door that can connect in the listing. This door however, is locked and remains locked unless both listings are rented together.
** The studios in this building are all ground floor - this one in particular sits on the corner of a residential street - adjacent to NE Alberta - occasional noise from bars, restaurants and otherwise urban sounds can be audible at times
🐾 Pet-Friendly Space
We welcome pets! Our cleaning team deep cleans between every stay, though we can't guarantee 100% dander-free for allergy-sensitive guests
⏰ Quiet Hours
10 PM - 7 AM (building + city ordinance)
🚭 No Smoking or Vaping
Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. Guests who wish to smoke or vape must leave the property completely.
