There is a fully equipped kitchen with stainless island for cooking, microwave and dishwasher. If you are here on business there is wireless internet and a desk for your computer. This wonderful newer second level view condo style apartment has a quaint open floor plan with two French doors that lead out onto your own balcony for outside dining overlooking the West Hills.

This home is located in a prime location just a 5 minute walk to popular NW 23rd avenue near Thurman with tons of boutiques, home design shops both local and well-known stores, antiques, hiking trails (just blocks from Forest Park), parks, galleries, fabulous restaurants whether for happy hour or fine dining, European bakeries, local micro brews and pubs, coffee shops... just about everything for an enjoyable visit to Portland. It is very close to the street car for quick access to the Pearl District, Willamette River and Downtown also is within walking distance if you are a good walker! The condo is located on a quiet dead end street with lots of street parking plus a path at end of street for direct access to Thurman where the coffee shops, French bakeries and boutiques begin. Lovely apartment in the Nob Hill area of Portland

We loved the apartment in Nob Hill...such a convenient location for shopping on 23rd Ave, grabbing a cup of coffee or getting a bite to eat. There is a whole variety of restaurants in the area, from an inexpensive lunch to a pricier dinner. It's easily accessible via streetcar from downtown.

The apartment is modern, clean and bright. The king size bed is very comfortable as is the king size pull out sofa. That was a very pleasant surprise! We appreciated having a front-end loading washing machine and dryer to use. The kitchen is very nice with all of the essentials if you want to cook at home. I would highly recommend this property as the owner is very easy to communicate with and the property is well maintained. Two thumbs up from us!

Wonderful apartment in a great location!

My two daughters and I enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment. It was very spacious, clean and well equipped. The apartment looks exactly like what you see in the pictures. It is in a great location. Very close to NW 23rd Street where there are many restaurants, cafes and shops. We walked there every morning to get breakfast. The next time we visit Portland we will definitely rent this apartment. Becky was quick to answer all of my emails and provided great suggestions for things to do in the area.

Clean, Great Location, Just keep Talking and Walking to a Minimum

This vacation home is very clean with everything you need where you need it. The location is great - close to shops, playground near by, easy street parking. However, the house rules ask you to keep talking and walking to a minimum. This is because you can hear every movement of the people in the units above and below you. If you have a child this can be difficult. My seven year old was walking and talking and the people below us complained. Some insulation within the floors would make this place 5 stars.

Fantastic in Every Way

My wife and I had a great time in this great rental. First of all, the apartment was just as advertised and it was exceptionally clean and tidy with a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom had plenty of towels and hooks, which is sometimes rare when renting an apartment. Great TV and internet hookup, no problems here. A nice and quiet street with available parking. All was great. The location is fantastic with a coffee shop, a great bakery/restaurant and a supermarket all within one block. Bus and streetcar stops are also close by along with plenty of restaurants and shops. We highly recommend this apartment and will come back to it the next time we come to Portland. Becky and Erin were great hosts.

Great apartment, great location.

The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was 3 people (one couple and one single person) and there was plenty of room to accommodate all of us. The fold out couch/bed was fine for 2 nights. The couple was happy with their room/bed. Becky was very quick to respond when we realized there was no comforter for the pull out couch. I appreciated the heater in the bathroom and the faux "fireplace" under the TV in the living room. Great stay!

The first, the NS Line, is a 4-mile one-way route from Legacy Good Samaritan Hospital at NW 23rd Avenue, on Lovejoy and Northrup, through the Pearl District and on 10th and 11th Avenues to SW Mill and SW Market Streets, Portland State University Urban Center, SW Harrison Street, RiverPlace, OHSU, the Aerial Tram and to a terminus at SW Lowell & Bond at the South Waterfront District. The second, the CL Line, is a 4.65-mile one way route from SW Market along 10th and 11th to the Pearl District, across the Broadway Bridge, along Broadway, Weidler, 7th, MLK and Grand to the Rose Quarter, Lloyd District, Convention Center, Central Eastside and OMSI
