The 2 full bathrooms are equipped with all the essentials and hot filtered artesian water. Reliable propane heating throughout to keep the house warm in the winter months. Located on Chipmunk Falls near the Weare/Henniker town line, attractions include the hiking trail through the forest to the waterfall and an abandoned cabin. Lake Horace is a short drive at the bottom of the long winding dirt road, with boat access and a small picnic park and beach. Just next door, Pats Peak Ski Resort is a dazzling backdrop overlooking the charming college town, with restaurants overlooking the Contoocook river with a quaint New England covered bridge.
