Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Gather all used towels/bedsheets/linens and place them on the ground in the bathroom with washer and dryer please.
Please gather all garbage and take the garbage out to the bin out the side door. There are recycling bins and trash bins for disposals.
Please turn off all lights and leave the A/C temp set at 72 degrees when checking out. Make sure all doors are locked.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
