My kids had such an awesome time in this beautiful home. My husband and I loved it so much! It was our 15th year anniversary and our youngest son's 12th birthday. Plus our 1st ever family vacation and my very first time going to Florida needless to say it was an absolutely wonderful experience that we're hoping to do every year God willing of course. Communication with management when I had a question was easy and stress free. I would recommend anyone to stay here!!

The house is beautiful and perfectly sized for our family (of 5) stay. This was our third year renting a home outside of Orlando. The location was nice and quiet. We felt very safe within the gated community. Lots of restaurants and things to do very close. The reason I gave 4-stars was because the pool was full of algae upon arrival. It was green and dirty. We were disappointed, but things just happen sometimes. I reached out to Sharon and she and her husband responded immediately. Within 30 minutes he arrived and began treating the pool. He came again the next day and treated it again. We were in the pool the next day! They resolved the issue as quickly as possible and even comped us a little for the inconvenience. You can’t ask for more than that! We would definitely stay there again! Recs for the area: Osaka Bay Buffet restaurant and Studio Movie Grill. We had a wonderful stay!

The place wasn’t the cleanest . I contacted the host to ask about extra garbage bags and toilet paper. As we only had 1/4 roll in all bathrooms. 4 adults. Was told self catering was enough for a few days . Last night my friend found a very large cockroach in her bedroom. The host was notified but never heard back . My friends and I won’t be going back . Very disappointed.

Easter break in Florida.

We were a little anxious about our upcoming stay, as the price was very competitive and not as reassuringly expensive as our last accommodation in Florida! However, prompt and helpful replies from Sharon but our mind at ease and we were very pleased when we arrived. The property feels spacious and well looked after. House keeping had done a lovely job before our arrival. Our bed in the main room was very very comfortable and I’ve come home wanting to replicate it. The property is a very short drive to all of the parks and looking good/shopping areas. During our stay we needed help with a cloudy pool and the central heating went down- Sharon was quick to sort both out- though we did have to forego a day in the pool to allow the chemicals to do their job. We had requested the pool be heated- and this was a good choice. It made for a very pleasant time there. My only constructive feedback would be the current condition of the pool. It is not bright blue, as pictured. It looks like it needs cleaning, which I imagine is in fact the need for a new paint job. It’s browning and not as inviting as the pictures. Maybe this will be sorted in the quiet season- as well as a new pool cover which was disintegrating so we stopped using it. Would we return? Absolutely. Or any property managed by Sharon as it is the communication that makes a stay a long way from home key to happy time away.

We really enjoyed our five weeks here. The location is quiet yet still close enough to shopping and restaurants. We weren’t there to visit any of the parks. The house is well equipped and the outdoor space is lovely! We would stay again.

Quite condo with plenty of room

The location of the condo was conveniently close to Disney, as well as local grocery stores, coffee shops, and restaurants. We found it very easy to check in and out. Upon our arrival, we had no trouble getting into the condo. It was spacious and clean, making for a comfortable stay. However, the carpet was heavily stained, which led us to wear flip flops instead of walking barefoot or in socks. Despite this issue, we felt that the stay was worth the money overall, and the condo was a nice place to stay.

The house was beautiful and fit 6 adults nicely. We went for a Disney vacation and the drive into the parks wasn’t bad. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The heated pool was wonderful on our rest days. Communicating with management was quick and easy. I would definitely stay here again,

Comfortable stay in Davenport for family Disney trip

My family stayed at this comfortable Davenport home for 7 days, primarily used as our home base for several days at Disney World. The location was 20-25 mins to Disney and close to a Publix supermarket, Walmart and Aldi within less than 10 minutes drive.The home was large and comfortable with new appliances and kitchen gadgets (e.g. coffee maker, pots and pans). We enjoyed the very warm swimming pool and hot tub during our stay which operated well even when the temperature dipped into the 30s some evenings.The bathrooms are dated but clean. There is carpet throughout the house which is also a bit dated but as advertised.Note that you need to provide your own toilet paper, tissue boxes, dish washer detergent, and additional garbage bags. There were some partial toilet rolls left but it is expected that guests replenish as needed. There is also a lengthy rule book from the property manager that includes information that I was not aware of in advance of my stay (e.g. pool heating cost is paid at your own risk and if the external temp is too low and the pool isn't heated you will not be refunded). I suggest you ask the property manager for these rules in advance of booking so there are no surprises.

Florida Christmas Vacation

The location of the property was perfect for our family vacation. It is a quiet neighborhood close to grocery stores, convenience stores, restaurants, etc. The heated pool was a hit with the entire family.

Would stay again

Great location, good communication, nice house - very spacious, pool and spa was excellent. Only complaint is there was only 4 wash cloths in the entire house. Luckily there was only 4 of us staying but we had to wash laundry much more often than desired on vacation but thats the only negative i have for our whole stay. Would absolutely stay here again!

Lovely home from home

When you want privacy and a nice comfortable home for the family, pick this one. Enough space in each bathroom and in the bedrooms. All you need is available. Service is responding quick and good.

Beautiful and Private!

A beautiful home for a family vacation! We all had our own section of the house as each bedroom/bathroom is separate. The house was clean. The pool is private! Very quiet area. The owner is very responsive and wonderful to deal with. Highly recommend!

Very dissatisfied!

We were immediately concerned about our stay right when we showed up. There were no exterior lights on, nor interior lights, and I had indicated that we would be having a late evening arrival. My wife tripped over a root and almost twisted her as she inadvertently stepped off the driveway. It was also a bit stifling on arrival but can understand since it’s quite expensive to cool. The pictures from the listing depict everything much nicer than they actually are and, in our opinion, the home was not as updated as stated. The master bedroom mattress was an absolute nightmare to sleep on, it was very lumpy and the bed itself was noisy with any movement. There was mold in the shower and the pool was dirty, lots of debris/dirt in the bottom. Also wasn’t thrilled with having to start laundry when we’re paying a cleaning fee. Everything seemed very minimal and on the cheap. I had inadvertently booked a day longer than intended, my fault of course, but we changed our flight accordingly. Unfortunately, we decided to leave two days earlier and stayed at a hotel. We were very disappointed and dissatisfied with this stay.

Parents trip

We rented this for our parents and their friends to get away and relax for the week. They had a fantastic time and loved everything about the house. Property manager was a breeze to work with. Needless to say they all came back refreshed and recharged!

Perfect vacation home

I stayed here with my husband and three teens for 6 nights and everything was perfect. We have stayed at a lot of vacation rentals and expect to have some little hiccups like missing or broken items or areas that aren’t so clean, but none of that here. We really enjoyed the pool that gets sun all day long. There were plenty of towels and dishes and the neighborhood is quiet and felt safe. We arrived on our 20th wedding anniversary and Sharon arranged an early check-in so that we could get ready before our dinner reservation and even left us a card and bottle of sparking wine. We would definitely stay here again!
