Lovely single storey four bedroom villa in a great location with fantastic south facing pool, spa and extended pool deck in Highgate Park, Davenport. Easy access to Disney attractions.
Our privately-owned high-specification luxury villa is located on a premium corner plot and is furnished to a superior standard.

With 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms, the spacious villa accommodates 8 guests with privacy and provides the ideal location and facilities for a fantastic family or group holiday.

1 En-Suite masters with king bed, walk in closet, patio doors leading out to pool deck.
1 Queen bed with walk in closet.
2 twin beds with walk in closet (Shared jack n Gill bathroom).

POOL HEATING IF REQUIRED IS $28 A DAY, POOL HEATER RUNS FOR 10-12 HOURS. HEATER RUNS BOTH POOL AND SPA

We enjoyed our stay in Highgate. Plenty of room for family. We chose to heat the pool and hot tub and enjoyed being able to relax in the water after a day at the parks. Sharon was easy to work with and very responsive.

Sharon was very responsive and great with communication. Overall the place met our needs with a heated pool and driving distance to parks . I suggest continuing to make small home improvements to help with the value. Ie the carpet felt a bit run down and themed rooms for kids would be fun .

We really enjoyed our five weeks here. The location is quiet yet still close enough to shopping and restaurants. We weren’t there to visit any of the parks. The house is well equipped and the outdoor space is lovely! We would stay again.

My kids had such an awesome time in this beautiful home. My husband and I loved it so much! It was our 15th year anniversary and our youngest son's 12th birthday. Plus our 1st ever family vacation and my very first time going to Florida needless to say it was an absolutely wonderful experience that we're hoping to do every year God willing of course. Great location, good communication, nice house - very spacious, pool and spa was excellent. Only complaint is there was only 4 wash cloths in the entire house. Luckily there was only 4 of us staying but we had to wash laundry much more often than desired on vacation but thats the only negative i have for our whole stay. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great Villa for families

We had a wonderful stay over Spring break. The house had everything you could need and was really well presented. We enjoyed using the heated pool and the property manager was really responsive after bad weather damaged the screened area outside. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend the house as a great place for Disney parks holidays.
