Bienvenue dans la communauté de Broad Marsh située en plein cœur d'Ocean City, dans le Maryland. Ce condo de groupe de deux étages de 1 500 pieds carrés comprend 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain 1/2 pouvant accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 7 personnes. La chambre principale comprend un lit king-size, un dressing et une élégante salle de bains avec douche indépendante et baignoire surdimensionnée. Profitez de votre café du matin sur le balcon principal. La deuxième chambre offre un lit double, un dressing et une vue magnifique sur la baie. La troisième chambre a un lit superposé, un lit jumeau et un dressing, parfait pour les enfants! L'unité dispose également de 3 télévisions à écran plat avec HBO, d'une connexion Internet gratuite et d'une cuisine bien approvisionnée. Le garage pour une voiture et un parking supplémentaire sont parfaits pour la famille de plusieurs voitures. Garez la voiture et rangez les clés! De nombreux restaurants (y compris la nouvelle promenade du centre-ville), un mini-golf, un bowling, des magasins de crème glacée, une location de bateau et, bien sûr, la plage vous garantissent des vacances gratuites. Il y a même un passage pour piétons avec un feu au coin de la 70ème rue pour un accès direct à la plage. Broad Marsh est à seulement 1 1/2 pâtés de maisons de la plage!

Me and the family enjoyed are stay at this townhome very nice community clean and plenty of space for the 8 of us.

Perfect for Families

The property is perfect for families. It's within walking distance to the beach and next to many places to eat, even ice cream is right next door. 3 bedrooms with a private master bath was perfect. The half bath on the main floor was wonderful for those entry potty breaks for the younger kids. The check in and out was the easiest process I have ever had. We would definitely stay here again.

This condo unit was quite nice. The location is absolutely perfect, plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance. Easy to catch the bus daily. Definitely recommend this unit and would stay again

Family reunion

Nice property. Easy check in and clean. A lot of noises neighbors. Also while clean the carpets look old. The stair banister is coming loose. And linen service gave us the wrong fitted sheet for the king bed. These are minor inconveniences and the property is nice, easy access location and own parking spot.

Decent location, not clean though

Property is located on bay side of coastal highway. Easy walk to the bench. Plenty of places to walk to for meals and drinks. It has a garage which was really nice for my motorcycle, in addition to parking right outside of building. The carpets were really filthy with stains everywhere. One of the bathrooms was not cleaned much either. Running a clorox wipe across furniture in the bedroom yielded gross stains. Also, there is no view of the water, which seems to be indicated from the photos. There is a balcony in one room and it faces the other buildings. The wi-fi was almost non-existent where the bedrooms were located upstairs. Thus, tv was also almost non existent. This was a late rental for us, during a very busy end of rental season. Choices were very limited. I don't think the owners care much about the cleanliness of the property...or maybe they aren't aware that they are being had when they pay for a cleaning service.

Ocean City Getaway

This was our first trip to Ocean City and I am very glad that we stayed at the opposite end of the beach. The boardwalk end of the beach seems much more hectic. Location of property is very good. Plenty of restaurants, close to beach, shopping etc... Now the bad news. The property needs a DEEP CLEANING. As the previous review stated, the carpets are absolutely disgusting and likely need to be replaced. I would not walk on them barefoot. The toilets were questionable with visible mold inside. It is listed as a "Luxury" 3 bedroom...it is actually not that. It has the potential to be. The neighborhood is nice and well kept. There is a pool on site but the owner of this property chose not to pay for the rights to use. That's too bad because it would be nice to have access on a day where you don't want to head to the beach but still want to get wet. Shoreline is easy to work with. I did not complain to them about the cleanliness because I didn't think it would help. I cannot recommend this property.

Nice enough

It was nice enough. While we were there, the garage door opener broke, with our car inside, so we needed to wait for a repairman. This was a bit inconvenient, but not too big of a deal. The cost of the rental also seemed a little high compared to other townhouses in the area. It was a quick walk across Coastal HIghway to the beach, and also walkable to lots of other conveniences, such as ice cream, pizza, indoor mini golf, a small market, spirit shop and, Candy Kitchen and a lot of other shops.

Great location

Beautiful property and location. Condo could've been cleaned better before arrival. (example: found used beverage bottles on window sills, dirt on carpets and master bath shower still dirty.) We just cleaned to our liking when we checked in. Condo itself was the perfect size and stocked well with games for the kids, beach chairs (which we didn't use) and a well stocked kitchen. Hose in garage was a great plus. Location is perfect! Close walk to everything. The only down side were the renters upstairs. They were loud and we could hear and smell all that they were doing. Which is no fault to our rental. Overall we would recommend this property, just be aware that you will be able to hear the renters above you. Their deck and I believe kitchen area is above the master bedroom.

Unit was very clean and in like-new condition. Decorated very nicely and furniture Seemed new. Felt like we were the first renters in the unit ! Would highly recommend unit !

Short OC Getaway

Nice little condo, walking distance to everything you can think of, including easy 1 block access to beach. Carpets on stairs and in bedrooms were in desperate need of cleaning. Since it’s close to Coastal Hwy, noisy cars and motorcycles at night. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Very nice property and perfectly shown as what was in the photos!

Had a total of 9 people comfortably in this house, amenities were nice, TV's int he rooms and also main TV, wifi was available as well. Only this is the linen package that we had optioned was just put on the floor in a bag in the master bedroom, we had to make out own beds and put towels in the bathrooms. Otherwise, was very nice
