CANCELLATION POLICY: Please follow the cancellation policy on the respective platform. No refund within 30 days of check-in, if you book on our website.
Security Deposit ($500 USD)

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Deposit will be on-hold, reservation will be cancelled. Cops will be called, and legal actions will be taken, if you choose to throw a party at our property. Outside furniture, and decorations are not allowed.

Keep outside noise to a minimum after 10pm. Ask for approval if you have visitors, and additional guests fees applies.

Exterior security cameras in place, please check your guests count for accuracy at the time of your reservation. Violation to this rule will result in immediate eviction.

Groups of visitors and party size visitors are not allowed.

Note: We have a NO-PETS policy, we'll appreciate your kind understanding. Also, extra guest fee applies after 6 guests, $50 per person, per night.

What a great home. It's brand new, and tastefully furnished in a modern style. Brand new high end appliances, in a gated upscale community. Located just off the 91 freeway and Tustin Ave.It's conveniently located, and ready to get to everything we needed. Three bedrooms upstairs, one down. Huge kitchen, great upstairs loft. Next time we're in town, we hope to stay here again.

The Beds were not the size as advertised; one of the Queen beds was a full. The pillows on the bed were terrible. In the room with the 2 twin beds, no sleeping pillows at all. The beds and mattresses were of poor quality. I have never slept with such thin sheets as these were.There were ants in the upstairs 2nd bathroom. The shower door in the master had been pushed in the wrong way (opening IN and hitting the shower head making it a tight squeeze to get into the shower), but we were able to adjust it and have it open pulling out.The host's rules of only having 1 or 2 guests allowed to visit us was not good. We were staying in So Cal for a family event, and plans had been to have family staying in hotels to meet and visit us in the house.The backyard was just dirt and weeds.Very nice refrigerator and freezer though.The host refusing to copy my son on email correspondence was an issue, as we were flying and not getting email when the rest of my party was waiting for codes etc to get into the house. When ask to CC my son, I was told I could share my email with him. Well if I was not flying without Wi-Fi that might have been okay.Other than all the above the house was relatively clean and nice.
