Our stay was a wonderful experience. The location is perfect! It’s peaceful and quiet, but convenient to get to restaurants and entertainment. The hosts are super nice and helpful. This will be our preferred spot when we come to this part of Colorado.

We enjoyed having Price stay at our little guest house. I have a feeling they had a good time in Cedaredge. We welcome them back again. The home was neat and tidy when they departed.

About the host
Hosted by Andrew Hawley
I was born in Grand Junction and raised in Alaska. The USGS brought my family to Alaska and Gold Mining made us stay. Jennifer is from Aspen and still has family there. We enjoy meeting new people and inviting folks to our special place.
Why they chose this property
We choose Cedaredge for its small time charm, music, wineries and its close to incredible XC and downhill skiing. We moved over from New Castle to escape the traffic and noise.
What makes this property unique
The property is a work in progress. When we purchased it nothing had been touched in more than 50 years. We are trying to make it a healthy high desert forrest with native trees and vegetation. The birds, deer, bears, cougars, bob cats and little critters are coming back. Trimming back the native trees also makes this property more firewise.
