Welcome to 316 83rd St. This 3 bedrm, 2 bath, bayfront sleeps 6, has its own boat slip in Smuggler's Cove and access to a nice size community pool. Entering this unit you are immediately greeted with water views and plenty of sunshine. Fully stocked kitchen and inside dining seating for 6. Comfortable living room with outside deck, electric grill, and additional seating for six, so grilling and dining al fresco is a must. Upstairs you will find a queen bedroom, hall bath with tub/shower combo, full size washer and dryer and a den with plenty of seating, flat screen TV and more water views. Up to the third floor are two more bedrooms; a king master with an ensuite bath & walk in shower. A queen bedroom with hall access to the bathroom. Private deck off the master for sipping your morning coffee before heading to the beach, pool or bay. Livrm, den and all 3 bedrooms have streaming flat screen TVs. Owner provides 6 beach tags, chairs & umbrella. Dogs are considered. Your perfect bayfront vacation spot.
