Step inside to a bright open-concept layout designed for connection. The living room offers plush seating and large windows that fill the space with natural light. Gather for meals at the dining table for six, or start your morning with coffee on the deck at the outdoor table for four. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, Keurig, blender, and a full-size refrigerator with ice maker, while the island with seating for four makes it easy to enjoy casual meals or conversations while cooking. The bedding and amentities could have been more curated. Location was close to some things but not very close to the beach. Golf cart was def necessary and appreciated.

Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing stays my family and I have had.From the moment we arrived, it was clear the property was not properly prepared. The outdoor trash bin was already full, and the golf cart — which is advertised as an amenity — was dirty, poorly maintained, and unsafe to drive. The alignment was off, and the side mirrors wouldn’t stay in place. On top of that, there were no instructions for accessing it, and we had to contact customer service just to locate the key.Several basic amenities were either missing or misleading. Toiletries were provided, but only in extremely small sample sizes — not nearly enough for a group of seven staying five days. There was no extra toilet paper, so we had to go out and buy essentials ourselves. There were also no beach or pool towels provided, which is something you would reasonably expect for a beach-area property.Inside the home, there were no blankets, throws, or extra comforters available at all, which made it uncomfortable to relax in common areas. Additionally, the home had personal family photos displayed throughout, which felt unprofessional for a rental property.One of the biggest issues was beach access. While the listing suggests proximity to the beach, all nearby access points were private. The closest public access was consistently full, forcing us to drive 20 minutes just to get to the beach.I would not recommend this place at all.
