Love the location and the amenities included with the rental! Our kids love the golf cart and the bikes. We al enjoyed the sip and snacks that were waiting for us when we got there after our long drive! Steve was an exceptional post, even including extras like laundry, pods, dish tabs and extra trash bags were so helpful!Our puppies absolutely loved the little grass area behind the condo. It was perfect for our morning afternoon and evening walks! Super close to the pool and of course, the big chill! Cannot say enough great things about this condo!

Very Nice Property

The house was great, as were all the amenities included, like the kitchenware and beach toys and golf cart. The neighborhood was nice with a great pool and barbecue area and the entertainment area across the street was a nice benefit. The owner or property manager was very responsive and easy to deal with. The only downside to this property is the beach access which you have to either drive to and fight for parking and/or hike a considerable distance. But overall a great experience as long as you go into it knowing the beach access challenge.

Wonderful Stay

After staying on 30a many, many times, I can honestly say this was one of the best experiences. The unit was decorated beautifully and had everything we needed and more. We loved the proximity to the amazing pool as well! Steve was great and made sure everything was perfect for us. Thanks for an awesome stay!

We have everything you need, from cooking, and dinnerware, to board games, bikes, and a golf cart to get you around the area. We are just a two-minute walk from the enormous pool and fitness area, and 3 minutes from the amazing HUB for dining and libations!
