Clean ocean view condo with direct beach access and a pool. Beach was clean and not crowded. Great unit for a family of four and it worked out well for our trip. Located near a few walkable restaurants, bars and dessert spots but otherwise quiet section of Carolina Beach. We enjoyed The Spot for dinner and The Peach Cobbler Factory for dessert. We only needed one, but two parking spots were provided. We used the nearby lake trail every morning! On the down side, this unit is dated and could use a few updates, supply improvements and finishing touches to become a 10/10. We also had a little trouble getting in as the access code did not become active until the 4pm check-in time. This was only an issue as we received a text around 315 pm advising that the room was ready. This created some confusion as to the code and location of the unit since the code did not work when we arrived.All in all, we would stay here again and appreciated the kindness of the other guests and all that Carolina Beach has to offer.
