About this property

Beautiful Oceanfront 3-Bedroom Condo within walking distance to the Boardwalk

Soak in the wonderful warm sun with direct ramp access to the beach and fall asleep to the sounds of waves crashing on the sands. This first floor, 3-Bedroom oceanfront condo sleeps 10 comfortably with a king in the master bedroom, queen with a full trundle in the 2nd bedroom and a queen in the 3rd bedroom. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room to provide additional sleeping space. Wake up to the beautiful ocean views from the master bedroom balcony and enjoy coffee and breakfast on the spacious covered deck. The Boardwalk is a short 5 minute walk, only 4 blocks away.

Pool is officially open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. It is typically opened earlier and later but please ask first. Linens and towels are provided. Condo is equipped with a video doorbell for an added layer of security.

Parking - Unit only allows two (2) vehicles and can only park one car in the B bay under the condo. Parking is tight especially during the prime season. The middle bays are for the 2nd vehicle. Each vehicle must display contact placard provided in condo with the phone you will be carrying in case your vehicle needs to be moved. If you have 2 vehicles, the suggestion would be to try and park in one of the middle bays that can only fit 2 vehicles and designate 1 vehicle as the main transportation source for the week and try and use Uber or walk as much as possible to avoid having to play musical vehicles the entire week.

This was lovely with a beach view and clean pool! We loved the close access to the beach and the deck in the morning sun. The parking is a pain especially when you’re having 8-10 people stay and also it seems like more toilet paper should be allotted! Overall, I’d stay again, very comfy beds!! Thank you

The property is updated and very clean. The location was easy walking distance to the boardwalk area and restaurants. Parking was not an issue for us but if you have a larger vehicle or stay on a busy weekend it might cause some hassle. Overall a nice stay! The manger was extremely quick to respond and help through any questions.

GREAT condo! Beautifully decorated with a wonderfully appointed kitchen. The only thing that doesn’t get 5 stars is the parking but it’s the best that it can be. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend!!

We arrived to find out parking is under the units. We have a ford transit van and need 8’ 4” clearance. Luckily we arrived early and found we could not access the rental. The roof over the parking area is 7’. I measured it. After contacting the owner and several other over night parking options the owner agreed to give us a 100% refund to move an 1:20 away to Ocean Isle to a place with open air parking. Once we rebooked the other location the owner decided she was not going to issue a refund. We exhausted every avenue to secure parking to stay in Carolina Beach where our oldest child was for the 4th. The VRBO agent agreed that the owner should issue a refund. We have been waiting since Wednesday for the VRBO agent to follow up with us after speaking to the owner again. Today is Saturday, so no other communication has occurred. I am going to reach out to the owner 1 more time next week. If the refund isn’t issued as she agreed, then we will turn this over to the attorneys as we have all of our call records to the owner and other parking facilities to try and make this work. It is unfortunate that it did not, but that was not our fault or wrong doing. The result currently is we paid for 2 units, stay in 1, and did not get to spend time with our daughter during the 4th.

The condo was a great place to enjoy Carolina Beach. The inside was clean and comfortably decorated, and the balcony was large with a great view of the beach. The beach access was very close and easy to use. Location was just a short walk to the boardwalk and many other restaurants/attractions.

Wonderful beach rental

Our family had a lovely time at this rental. The rental was very well-equipped, especially in the kitchen (good knives, food storage supplies, good pots and pans). We had such a comfortable stay, it felt like home! The beach was perfect and easy to access. We are already looking forward to a vacation at this rental next year.
