Entire home including two-car garage is available for your next desert vacation! Three Bedrooms are as follows: Primary Bedroom features a Queen-sized bed, a dedicated desk area, and a sliding glass door to enter/exit the backyard pool area. The Primary also contains an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, soak tub, and double vanity sink. Bedrooms #2 and #3 both feature Queen beds and ensuite bathrooms with walk-in glass showers. Additional half-bathroom is by the front door in the hallway.
‘Coral Sunrise’ showcases a beautiful pool/entertainment area features a large spa, a huge chlorine-water 33ft long by 10ft wide by 6ft deep pool, a gourmet Everdur Heston Bluementhal Fusion 29” charcoal BBQ grill, breakfast table for four and lounge chairs along with cushioned seating for ultimate comfort and entertaining. There is a separate room for lounge reading or using the 55” TV on a comfy sofa.

- Post stay housekeeping is for three-and-a-half hours. Any additional time needed will be charged to the guest in half hour increments at $90hr. Guest paid mid-cleanings are typically available if you would like cleaning performed during your stay (check with the management company to confirm availability).
- Guests staying longer than one month are required to either purchase a mid-cleaning from Blue Coachella Vacation Rental Management, with or without laundry service, or have professional maid service completed once a month for upkeep.
