Well, we stayed 6 nights and never seen the northern lights. We had to go about 20 minutes away to Cleary summit to view. So on the first floor and bathroom and a bedroom, no TV . On the second floor was the kitchen and bathroom bedroom no TV, on the 3th floor was a TV game room. Over all we did have a nice time. Just put a TV in second bedroom. Nice getaway!
We had such an amazing stay. The home is perfect for viewing the Auroras. The owner was very responsive and the home was very clean. We would stay here again for sure!
We loved our stay at this beautiful home! It was the perfect setup for our family of five. Our two teenage boys stayed comfortably in the cabin, our teenage daughter had the downstairs bedroom, and my husband and I enjoyed the master suite. The property was exceptionally clean, well maintained, and truly unique. Although there are neighboring homes, the surrounding tall trees provide a sense of privacy and seclusion. We especially loved spending our mornings and evenings relaxing on the large deck, taking in the peaceful surroundings. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare our meals, and the internet connection was reliable throughout our stay. One of our favorite spaces was the upstairs loft. With its beautiful views, walls lined with books, and a large table perfect for family game nights (complete with games provided by the hosts), it quickly became our favorite part of the house. The location was ideal for exploring the Fairbanks area. Most of the activities we enjoyed—including Riverboat Discovery, Gold Daughters gold panning, and Running Reindeer Ranch—were only about 20 minutes away. Walmart and downtown Fairbanks were also very close. Our Arctic Fat Truck Tour was about a 55-minute drive, but the scenic journey made it well worth the trip.If you're planning to visit Denali National Park, it's approximately 1½ hours away. We chose to spend a couple of nights closer to the park, which worked well for us.Highly recommend this place!
Beautiful and clean! The views are breathtaking from inside looking out over the trees! The patio was so lovely so sit outside when the weather was great! Also Instacart did deliver to the house.
