This Mountain Home is centrally located for all activities South Fork and the surrounding areas have to offer! Featuring 2 bedrooms; Master with King bed, a loft with twin beds, and a queen sleeper sofa in a second living area. This home will accommodate 6 people comfortably.Close access to mountain trails for hiking, ATV, shopping and dining. The Rio Grande Club award winning golf course is a 5 minute drive away. The gold medal fishing waters of the Rio Grande are just a walk away and also within walking distance is the Forest Service for hiking and hunting. Wolf Creek Ski Area is a 20 minute drive and the cross country ski trails are only 10 minutes away. This home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood with paved roads. Enjoy your morning coffee on the private deck and perhaps get a visitor from the neighborhood wildlife like deer or turkey.

Excellent property! Nice home with all the amenities. Its only downfall is the lack of a hot tub which would fit nicely on the back porch :)
