Welcome to Beach Paradise. With picturesque views of the Gulf and Santa Rosa Sound, it is the perfect place to relax, unwind and even catch the spectacular Blue Angels airshow right from your expansive balcony.

This condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths with a full kitchen and washer/dryer. Full workout facility on property. Plenty of parking which is completely gated. Walking distance to the beach and world famous Peg Leg Pete’s which has live music nightly.

I try to make my condo very comfortable with hopes that your vacation will be a memorable one. The balcony is accessible from all rooms for the times you’re not exploring, on the beach or in the pool. The kitchen is all electric and is fully stocked with utensils and pots and pans. I also have a Keurig coffee maker as well as a drip pot coffee maker.

Guest access
You will have full access to the condo as well as the workout facility on the 4th floor and a storage area which has beach supplies for making sand castles, beach chairs and boogie boards for the adventurous.

I also have a few spices in the pantry to use as you wish.
