There are views of the Santa Rosa Sound from the back balcony and views of the Gulf of Mexico from the front private balcony. There is also a side balcony with views of both! This condo sits right on the Santa Rosa Sound providing access for fishing or paddle boarding. It also provides easy access to the Gulf of Mexico and our white sandy beaches. When you have had your fill of sand and salt water, head on over to the tennis court or large community swimming pool.



Inside you'll find a recently updated beautiful kitchen with new cabinets, quartz countertops, and polished concrete floors. The kitchen overlooks the open dining and living areas. We all loved this place and wish we could stay longer. The location was perfect for us to enjoy the beach, bike trail, pool, and local restaurants. My favorite thing about our stay was all of the windows and balconies to enjoy the beauty of Pensacola. It worked perfectly for our group of adults but would also be great for kids. If we ever make it back I will be staying here again.

Our 2 week stay at the condo was awesome! Super nice place to stay near the beach. The condo was clean and well equipped. We loved the location better than the other side of the pier where we have stayed in the past. The beach was less crowded, and the evenings were quiet. We had the huge clean pool to ourselves most of the time unlike the packed pools at other locations. The balconies were great to watch the sunset and rise, and we could sit on the large wraparound back balcony overlooking the bay to watch the rainstorms. The walk next door to Peg Leg Pete’s was perfect since it’s one of our favorite places to eat. We will definitely book to stay again in the future.
