Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys

Please make sure to depart prior to check-out so that the cleaners are able to complete for the next guests.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

No items are allowed hanging from the balcony or no items left on front step area- only 2 parking spots per unit allowed -only park in unit spot

No more than 5 people from unit allowed in the pool at a time. Follow all pool rules Noise curfew from 10pm-6am - no parties or loud music allowed.

You dog must be on a leash while in the complex - unless in unit or back fenced area. Clean up after your dog- Be mindful of other residents

What makes this property unique

When we travel it wasn't always easy to find a 3 bedroom/ 3 bath. This great when you are looking for a place for 2 families to stay together. My 3 boys love to visit and a lot of times bring friends!
