The host was always responsive and helpful. The property was extremely clean and well kept. Great front porch to hang out and visit with people passing by. Fenced in parking spot that was very secure. Even though we didn’t have a dog with us, there was an ideal room to have a dog hangout and rest.

Such a cute home. Rented for a few days to move my daughter into the dorm at UNR. I will definitely be staying here again as she will be up here living for the next 4 years. Host was very responsive, easy check in.

Nice place in a central location

It makes a great home base. It's a nice place and centrally located to many of the attractions and a nice restaurant brewery super close.

My Stay

Browny’s House is a wonderful place to stay. Very inviting, comfortable and so clean. The hosts were very responsive and hospitable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone I knew going to the Reno area!

Great Place

Beautiful place and done to perfection. The owner/mgr. has everything set up and ready for travelers. All the necessities are there and the place is totally clean and a new appearance. We will definitely try for future bookings.

Hands down the best property I have ever stayed in. Carolina was super communicative, checked in on us and had everything you could ever think of there when we checked in. Property is an excellent location with easy access to Reno, Sparks and Spanish Springs. We were in town to visit family and already sent the listing to other family members to stay at when they go to visit.
