This beautiful townhouse has all the luxuries you could want for a perfect vacation. It has been recently updated with luxury vinyl flooring in the upstairs bedrooms. The kitchen is wonderfully designed with granite countertops and top-of-the-line appliances. The living area is ideal for entertaining and leads to a balcony with beautiful ocean views. The primary bedroom has an oceanfront balcony, and another bedroom has sliders leading to the ground-level outdoor area. Spend lazy evenings sunbathing by the shared outdoor pool. This townhouse is perfect for the entire family!

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Summer vacation 2023

This was a fantastic trip and I am in love with Amelia Island. He beach was simply beautiful and the pools were just perfect! Excellent vacation spot. We will be back either as homeowners or vacationers.

Great views

Overall a great location and experience. The upstairs AC can't go below 75 but otherwise the house is in excellent condition. It is super close to the beach access, plenty of parking and a nice walking path throughout the property. The balconies have chairs so you can enjoy the ocean view.

Wonderful condo on the beach

We have stayed at 1411 Windsong multiple times as the condo is awesome, and they accept pets. The condo has spectacular views of the ocean and is a very short walk to the beach and pool. The condo is clean and comfortable. We will definitely plan a return trip to this awesome place.

Nice townhouse

Nicely decorated and well cared for townhouse, just steps from the beach. Amelia Island Plantation is definitely the best place to stay on the island. Great amenities. This townhouse has nice furnishings, and great views. Recommend!

We’ll be back

Great location for our family (two adult children and spouses). Each bedroom has its own bath which was really nice. We also had our dog, so it was nice to be able to walk right out on the lower level. Beautiful views of the beach and ocean. The walking paths are nice and they get you to several restaurants which are about a mile away.

Family Vacation

Lovely villa with great views and location. Very nice and quiet. We love Amelia Island but this was our first time staying at this end of the island. We loved it! We had everything we needed for the week. Loved being able to bring our dogs! The layout was perfect for our family. Management was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had and agents were very courteous. We will be back!
