About the property

One Of Two Adjoining Properties / Families Especially Welcome

Apartment is located above a Security Showroom directly across from St. Mary's Hospital (where Prince George was recently born!) and only a one minute walk from Paddington Station.

There are several flights of stairs to climb after entering through the front door so access to disabled or elderly may be limited.

Upon entering the apartment you will be greeted by black & white tiled floor, huge windows and the exposed brick wall of the living/dining room. A large, well equipped kitchen also awaits you. We have just installed a brand new bathroom on the ground floor, featuring shower, toilet and sink! The flat is tastefully furnished with brand new, modern furniture throughout. There is a small rooftop patio for barbequing or sunbathing (weather permitting). We also ask that smoking be confined to this area!

Up one flight of stairs you will find the three bedrooms, the bathroom and a utility closet. Two of the bedrooms furnished with double beds, while the third is smaller and features a bunk bed (sleeps 2). Floors on the upper level are hardwood except for the bathroom which features black and white tiling.

Recessed lighting is featured throughout the apartment. There is central heating but no air conditioning. In the rare event of a heat wave we will provide you with fans! A cleaner is available on request (at your own expense).

Should you be part of a larger group, you have the option of also renting our next door property which has 4 bedrooms & 2 bathroomss and can sleep up to 12 persons!

Amazing flat in perfect location

The flat was great, super convenient location, the communication with the owners was really easy too. It was warm, clean, tidy and really well appointed. Overall it was absolutely brilliant and we would definitely return without hesitation. One small niggle was that there was no spare blanket we could find and couldn't use the foldout but a small niggle for what is otherwise a perfect place to stay in central London. Absolutely recommended.

Great flat in the heart of Paddington

We stayed here for three nights. Maria was wonderful in greeting us early in the morning when we arrived. Check in and out was a breeze. This is a third floor walk up so there are a lot of stairs. The apartment has everything you need and is close to the Paddington tube and train stations. It is centrally located to lots of transportation in London. There wasn't the best food options (plenty of choices but nothing great) in the area. Overall, I would stay here again.

Perfect Location

This apartment is in the perfect location. We are a family of 6 and could not of asked for more.

Paddington Station is extremely close, numerous supermarkets, restaurants and Hyde Park are a short walk away.

The apartment was very clean and well equipped with everything you could possibly need.

Maria was an absolute pleasure to deal with, very professional and made everything effortless for us.

We can not wait to visit London again and will definitely be staying here again on our next visit

Great Central location

The home was very comfortable and clean. It is close to the Paddington Station and it's easy to access bus or taxi. We felt safe walking around and people are friendly when you need help. We would definitely recommend this home if you are visiting London.

Wonderful owner and staff- very accommodating

Thank you for a wonderful stay in London! The flat was so easy to access from Paddington Station, and was in walking distance from a great local pub where we ended several of our nights. Thank you for your flexibility in accommodating us when our arrival time changed at the last minute. Also, we found the flat quite spacious for our family of 5. Any medical professionals or science enthusiasts should certainly visit the Alexander Fleming museum- located in St. Mary's Hospital directly across the street. It was a hidden treat! We had a great stay, thanks!

Great location, comfortable flat.

Nice spot. Close to underground station, and Paddington train station. Also, bus stop just across the street. Mini-market just a couple of doors down, and many restaurants. Well equipped apartment. Overall, a great place to stay in London.

We have been known to offer reduced price if your dates fit our calendar so don't be afraid to ask!

We do request you advise us if you plan on inviting extra guests to sleep over. Bedding will be provided upon payment of the additional nightly fee.

Due to an unfortunate recent incident we will not tolerate any PARTIES in our property. Only guests registered are allowed to be in the property after midnight and in order not to disturb neighbours the playing of loud music is also forbidden. Thank you for your consideration.
