This is a terrific apartment in the heart of Paddington, London just a few minutes walk from Paddington Railway Station (where the Heathrow Express arrives), Edgware Road, Hyde Park etc.
The apartment is located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of a corner building on an attractive, quiet block. Spread over two floors, it has a spacious, bright living room, a large, eat-in kitchen and two bedrooms on the top floor, a master bedroom and smaller bedroom. In the master bedroom there is a King-size bed from the store Loaf, and in the smaller bedrooms a queen size bed, and there is both a high quality folding bed and an airbed also available. There is both a washer and dryer and wi-fi. The apartment was recently renovated; both the kitchen and bathroom were completely refreshed and a new carpet was laid down.
All the amenities are extreme close: three grocery stores (Tesco's Paddington, Marks and Spencer's food hall) are literally around the corner; Paddington and Edgware Rd. Tube stops are a couple minutes walk; Hyde Park is 4 minutes walk; and the area has numerous restaurants of all kinds nearby. My favourite local places are the Middle Eastern restaurants on Edgware Rd. and the Front Line Club restaurant on Norfolk Place. There are also numerous pubs in the area!
The apartment is privately owned by me, but is professionally managed by a company that specializes in VRBO rentals. They ensure the apartment is immaculate before each rental and any issues during a guest's stay are resolved.
The flat is a great base for a visit to London. Because of the light and space, it's really nice to spend time in, but it's location also couldn't be more central. It's an especially good flat for families, because of its size.

Clean, Updated and in a great Location.
We are a family of 5 who stayed for a week. The host was helpful and had everything ready for us. It was clean. The Kitchen and bathroom were updated and very nice. The location was fantastic with a short walk to Paddington station, grocery stores and restaurant/pubs.
The flat was very confortable, luminous and with plenty of shops in walking distance
There are plenty of shops nearby and two tube stations in walking distance. A couple of thing would enhance comfort such as a plug in the toilette for appliances and a better bedside lamp for reading. We really enjoyed our stay!!!
Great flat - Fanta location
Our stay was lovely and fuss free. The location was great and the proximity to all public transport was a bonus. Hop on hop off buses stopped just around the corner on Praed St near the post office. The only negative are the local council bins just outside the flat. However these get cleared out everyday.
Perfect amount of space and lots of light
This two bedroom flat was perfect for our family of four. Our 12 year old son took one bedroom and our 7 year old daughter slept on the inflatable mattress, which was quite comfy for her. The bathroom was well-equipped with a full size shower and heated towel rack which was great. We were pleasantly surprised to find a fresh loaf of bread, jam and a small container of fresh milk waiting for us. The apartment was clean, comfortable and felt quite roomy and bright. It's a short walk to the Edgeware Road tube station, and full-size grocery store is also a short walk away. We did have a little confusion with the heat, but after contacting the apartment manager, it was rectified quite quickly. The only reason we don't give this rental five stars is due to the neighborhood noise. There is a pub right across the street and while they ask their patrons to respect the neighbors and keep the noise down, that's a tough request for people to follow and it was quite loud on some evenings, even with it being winter and cold out. We can only imagine what it's like when the weather is warm. BUT, this is certainly not the owner's fault. Fortunately, we always travel with earplugs and were able to drown out most of the noise by using them. Our only suggestion to add into the apartment would be a few extra blankets to use if needed. Note to renters that there is one flight of narrow stairs from the street to the main level and then another flight to the bedrooms/bathrooms.
Excellent apartment in London especially for a longer stay
Our family of 5 loved this spacious apartment. It had everything we needed and was perfect for our 8 night stay. Close to grocery stores and the underground we found it easy to get around but also loved walking through Hyde Park. We would highly recommend.

My husband and I had a really nice stay. Jasper and Barbara were very responsive and helpful. Easy access to subway and restaurants.
The flat is located just three minutes walk from Paddington Station, where the Heathrow Express arrives.
