Fun Family Friendly 4 bd, Near Tybee & Savannah, Pool, Game Room, Sleeps 8.
This home has an open floorplan with a couch, several oversized arm chairs and flat-screen TV’s. The large upstairs porch has a bench, multiple chairs, a high-top table and gas grill. Downstairs you can enjoy a nice relaxing swim in the large pool or snuggle up to a romantic fire with rocking chairs surrounding the brick firepit. The finished basement includes two sofas, a bar, ping pong and a foosball table for family and friends to enjoy happy hour and a little competition.
You can prepare a feast in the fully stocked kitchen featuring stone countertops and a bar with four 4 barstools or prepare a formal family meal in the separate dining room which has seating for six.
The master bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom featuring a deep soaking tub, walk-in shower and double vanity. The upstairs bathroom also has a double vanity with a private bath/shower room.
The outdoor space is perfect for barbecuing, entertaining family and friends and enjoying the Savannah sunshine. After a long day touring downtown or relaxing on the beach there’s nothing better than taking a dip in the pool.
