Inside, the condo provides three bedrooms and three bathrooms to accommodate up to seven guests comfortably. The unique two story layout creates privacy and separation for all guests. Gather in the open living and dining area or retreat to your own space for privacy. With a mix of King, Queen, and Twin beds, family and friends have flexible sleep options. Wick Haus combines the comforts of home with a lakeside setting, offering the perfect balance of relaxation and togetherness.

Things to Do Nearby:
Located in the heart of the Horseshoe Bend peninsula, you are close to a diverse opportunity for entertainment, family activities, nightlife, and dining. The immediate community has some of the best amenities you can imagine; but you can also take in pool swimming at one of the many lakefront bars and restaurants - or dive into a competitive game of mini-golf or go kart racing within 5-10 minutes. Fine dining is found within 10 minutes as is the dynamic nightlife of the Bagnell Dam Strip.

Other Things to Note:
• This condo unit is on the 2nd floor from the parking lot, and does not have an elevator
• The minimum age to book this property is 25 years old and it is best suited for families and groups of friends
• This property does not permit loud parties such as bachelor and bachelorette parties. Gatherings that are responsible and respectful are permitted
• This property is easily accessible by road and does not require 4WD. All roads are paved; however, in winter, they may ice over and become difficult to navigate
• This property is accessed through a mix of paved and gravel roads. Drivers may encounter steep hills and narrow roadways. Please use caution while navigating. In winter, roads may ice over and become difficult to navigate

Pet-Friendly Property Guidelines:
• Pet fee of $20 per night per pet is required. This will be added with the booking or shortly after depending on where you are booking through.
• Pets must be on a leash when outside and pets cannot be left unattended outside
• Pets must be crated/kenneled when left in the home alone
• Pet waste must be picked up and disposed of
• Owner shall provide and utilize a “cover” (i.e. blanket/quilt) should the pet get onto furniture
• Excessive hair on furniture or bedding and/or not managing pet waste can result in additional fines

Getting There:
We highly recommend having a vehicle for your stay. Rideshare companies like LakeRide Pros are available, however, we recommend that you book well in advance. You will have ease of access via state highways and blacktop roads. This property is located approximately 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City, and a half-day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, and Arkansas, creating great access for families and friends to connect and gather! The International airport is in Kansas City, and regional airports are available in St. Louis, Columbia, and Springfield.

VRBO Cancellation Standards:
Any cancellation completed with a refund will have a 5% transaction fee for the processing of the refund. Therefore, the refunded amount will equal 95% of the transaction paid. Lake Days Rentals is not responsible for the refund of fees paid directly to VRBO.
