This charming 2-bedroom log cabin on crystal clear Horse Shoe Lake just outside of Turtle Lake is a superb choice for guests looking to unwind and relax. With two spacious living rooms featuring a queen bed and a twin bed, this awesome property offers a comfortable retreat that sleeps 7. Enjoy the convenience of WiFi, heating, AC, and more during your stay. Guests will enjoy swimming, great fishing, and paddling around the crystal clear lake. Sit by the fire and roast marshmallows in the evening and enjoy coffee in the morning on the dock bench or porch. Lots of recreation around the area and minutes from the St. Croix Casino. My husband and I are educators in the Cumberland/Turtle Lake area and love hosting at our family's cabin. We enjoy fishing, hiking, kayaking, and spending time with our children, family and friends at the lake.
Why they chose this property
This cabin has been in our family for over 40 years and we love the lake and surrounding area. The lake is very clean, even in the late summer and the area is very peaceful. There are lots of things to do close by like hiking, biking, visiting great restaurants with live music.
What makes this property unique
Our cabin is warm and inviting as it is a full log cabin with a beautiful hand-made fireplace. Our porch is very close to the lake front and the lake entry is very shallow at our shoreline making it great for kids to swim.
