About Owner - Bill and Loretta

We've been married for over 20 years, and our youngest child just graduated from college. Loretta is close to retirement, but has a stressful full-time job as an engineer in the energy industry, and has to fight the traffic of a big city every day. Bill retired a few years ago, but is busy as a consultant and a planner for the next phase of our lives. A few years ago, we started looking for a place to spend our retirement, and decided that St Lucia was the only choice after visiting multiple times. We grew up in the Midwest, and never, ever dreamt that we'd retire in the Caribbean! But we love St Lucia so much, we decided to buy our retirement home a few years early, and share our home, so that you can experience the joy of spending time in St Lucia, too.

We knew it was the right place for us the moment we stepped out of the car - the view of the Pitons stopped us in our tracks and we just stood there, awestruck, for a few minutes. Then we picked our jaws up off the ground, walked into the house, and saw how spacious, light and airy it was, and instantly knew this was the only place for us. After spending our first evening there, gazing at the Milky Way and listening to the tree frogs and the breeze rustling the leaves, we could not imagine any other place that we could call home. We hope you find it as magical and restorative as we do.

What makes this Villa unique

We started vacationing in St Lucia 15 years ago, and the beauty of the island, the weather, and the friendliness of the people convinced us we had to spend as much time as possible in there. We've visited much of the Caribbean, and we've never found any other place where the people are as genuinely warm and caring as in St Lucia. St. Lucia is a wonderful getaway whether you are looking for romance, rejuvenation or exciting activities. Palm-fringed beaches, unspoiled rainforests and the majestic Piton Mountains make up the gorgeous landscape of Saint Lucia. Natural waterfalls, breath-taking views, friendly locals and authentic culture are sure to impress even the most cultured traveler. St. Lucia has some of the most beautiful scenery in the world. Among the natural beauty of the island are ancient fortresses, fishing villages and gracious town squares waiting to be discovered. You can hike, bird watch and explore the natural attractions of St. Lucia or you can take part in many of the activities on land, water or air from horseback riding to SCUBA diving to helicopter rides.
