Condo had water leak issues. Kitchen sink was leaking causing standing water in cabinet below plus faucet would not shut off. Started with constant drip and escalated to constant flow/stream of water. Had to make 3 service reports for issue which got relatively quick responses but did not solve the problem. No offer of rental discount for having to deal with this issue multiple times.
