You will love our NEWLY REMODELED vacation home at the ENCLAVE if you appreciate: vaulted ceilings, an inviting fireplace, original artwork, incredible mountain views, 'Sundance' decor, and being located within walking distance to the heart of Upper Deer Valley. The remodeled kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and more. With an open floor plan and remodel, the living room appears spacious, but separate seating areas provide everyone with their own space. The kids, for example, can spread out on the new soft chenille-covered sectional, while the rest of the group can cozy up on the two leather sofas in front of the fireplace. The new dining table has 4 leaves that pop up, expanding the table to seat 8 or more. The sectional opens up into a queen bed with an adjustable firmness control; with the new upstairs bathroom equipped with a shower, our unit will easily accommodate 7-8 guests.

Just a short 5 minute walk (2.5 blocks) to the LIFTS, Stein Eriksen Lodge or Goldener Hirsch for dinner. We can also provide discounted refundable lift tickets, good for any days, to Deer Valley Resort. By checking your skis and poles (for free) at the Silver Lake ski-check facility (a $5 basket stores your shoes/boots), you'll be able to swing by the townhome for lunch or skip home after a fun day on the slopes.

Ample parking is provided either in the underground garage or right outside at street level (Woodland View Dr., a private road). The free Park City bus comes frequently and will take you to downtown Park City and all that it has to offer (a 5-minute drive away) or to other ski areas. The bus stop is only a few doors away from our unit.

Three flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, three hair dryers, humidifiers, pack-and-play, spices, toiletries, and more...we've tried to think of everything for an enjoyable stay.

Great Mid-Mountain Deer Valley Condo

We just returned from a truly memorable ski trip to Utah and wanted to thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with our family during our stay at Deer Valley. The skiing was amazing with sunny skies and great snow. Sharing time with our adult kids is always special and this condo provided us with some great memories. Having a great place to stay mid-mountain made for an easy start to the morning. The kitchen was well equipped and made it easy to facilitate meal prep and the entire condo was beyond comfortable with plenty of space and even a laundry room. We appreciated the assistance getting lift tickets. The proximity to the lifts is a casual five minute walk and you are able to drop off your skis at the end of the day at the free over night storage at DV Silver Lake Lodge. Shoe storage is a $5.00 a day charge per basket so you can walk back to the condo comfortably. We managed to fit 5 pair of shoes in two baskets. Terry and Karen were extremely efficient in all correspondence and made us welcome from the start.

Great Location, Great Condo

We spent the Thanksgiving Holiday with Family from Salt Lake City this year and stayed a this condo in Deer Valley. The cabin was great for our family of 6. While we did not ski, the location was perfect for getting to the slopes. The views were incredible. Terry and Karen are perfect owners and provide everything needed for your stay from dishwashing cleaner, shampoo, washer and dryer...everything. We would highly recommend this condo for your next trip to the Park City area. Jennifer and Terry

Great stay!

Property was all that was expected: great location, clean and nicely appointed. Owner was very helpful. Would stay here again and definitely recommend it. Liked Stein Ericsson Lodge nearby for meals. Great to have no snowboarders on the slopes.

Great Rental!

Such a great rental. The owners have gone out of their way to ensure a nice stay — we arrived late to find coffee, milk and cereal for our first morning. Soap for laundry. Shower caddy stocked. Etc.

And a great location (affordably priced). Great view of ski trails. Just a 5 minute walk to the lifts and Silver Lake village. Indoor parking. On the bus line to Park City.

Couldn't have been a nicer stay.

Book It. Best Views and Location.

Terry and Karen have matched their home to the high caliber of service Deer Valley is known for; extremely welcoming place for visitors. Everything previous reviewers have mentioned are true so I'll try to add a few new mentions. With the push of a button the fireplace lights up. Sitting on the couch by the fire with a cup of coffee, watching the sun rise was a favorite way to start the day. The master bedroom has an equally stunning view. Don't rent a place mid mountain that doesn't have a view; can't emphasize this enough. Sunsets are magical too.

If you are a first time visitor, Terry's maps and instructions will help you with all you need to know. It's not complicated but a hurdle when visiting any place for the first time. These small touches by the knowledgeable owners are a perk of VRBO.

We enjoyed walking up to the restaurants for a few nights of dining out. If you are there on a Sunday be sure to make a reservation for all you can eat buffet brunch at Stein Eriksen. We ski right to the front door and dine in our ski boots. At 2pm Sunday there is chapel service at the Sunset Cabin on the mountain.

DV offers a take out service for their turkey chili or beef stew. Place your order in the morning with one of the cafeteria cashiers and pick it up by 4pm. It comes with an assortment of toppings for the chili and an abundant side of bread. We ordered caesar salad too. It was so much food that we could have invited friends over.

Over the years we have rented equipment on mountain, shipped skis and air traveled with our own. Renting on DV mountain is most expensive (double price of off mtn) but most convenient, renting off mountain is more affordable if you are familiar with the area (Jackson's Base Camp is excellent), Fedex to DV mid mountain ski corral in hard sided case is easily arranged and lastly, air travel in hard sided case is easy if your family/group members can help pull the wheeled cases - curbside checkin always and tip the skycap. SLC airport baggage claim is very efficient. Walk out the door and use the crosswalk to the car rental. I mention this because the signs tell you to take the escalator/elevator up a level to the sky walk over the roadway and then down to the car rental. Not necessary unless weather necessitates.

Lastly, try Alta and Snowbird if you want a little variety and the weather allows.

We are located in Upper Deer Valley on a private and quiet road, just a few blocks from the Silver Lake chair lifts. During ski season, our road and the walk to the village appear magical, with many homes and trees dressed in twinkling lights.
