Lovely Newer Remodel: Upper Deer Valley; Views; Spacious; Walk to Lifts & Dining

You will love our NEWLY REMODELED vacation home at the ENCLAVE if you appreciate: vaulted ceilings, an inviting fireplace, original artwork, incredible mountain views, 'Sundance' decor, and being located within walking distance to the heart of Upper Deer Valley. The remodeled kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and more. With an open floor plan and remodel, the living room appears spacious, but separate seating areas provide everyone with their own space. The kids, for example, can spread out on the new soft chenille-covered sectional, while the rest of the group can cozy up on the two leather sofas in front of the fireplace. The dining table has 4 leaves that pop up, expanding the table to seat 8 or more. The sectional opens up into a queen bed with an adjustable firmness control; with the new upstairs bathroom equipped with a shower, our unit will easily accommodate 7-8 guests.

Just a short 5 minute walk (2.5 blocks) to the LIFTS, Stein Eriksen Lodge or Goldener Hirsch for dinner. By checking your skis and poles (for free) at the Silver Lake ski-check facility ( our personal basket stores your shoes/boots), you'll be able to swing by the townhome for lunch or skip home after a fun day on the slopes.

Ample parking is provided either in the underground garage or right outside at street level (Woodland View Dr., a private road). The free Park City bus comes frequently and will take you to downtown Park City and all that it has to offer (a 5-minute drive away) or to other ski areas. The bus stop is only a few doors away from our unit.

Three flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, three hair dryers, humidifiers, pack-and-play, spices, toiletries, and more...we've tried to think of everything for an enjoyable stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the Enclave. Terry was so accommodating and helpful. The condo was stocked with everything you could possibly need. Terry also kindly shared ski rental discounts and lodge bag storage. The condo is a short walk to the Silver Lake lodge and was perfect for our family of 5.

Family Ski Celebration

Enclave near Silver Lake lift at Deer Valley

Terry was a kind host who made sure to communicate everything clearly. The condo was well stocked and matched the description. It's a 5 minute walk to Silver Lake lift, which was convenient and easily fit our family of 5. Would gladly recommend and we'd stay again on future trips to DV or PC.

Very homey in deer valley

Great town home five minute walk from silver lake base area. This house feels like a home, not a rental place - very comfortable beds and linens, fully equipped kitchen, with all the everyday needs we end up having to buy at other rentals like paper towels, seasonings and condiments, etc, already there. Would definitely stay there again!

Perfect Park City Mid-Mountain Retreat

This condo was perfect for our family's needs...a quiet location, yet just minutes from downtown Park City and Deer Valley. It had everything our party of three adults needed, and more, for our ten-day stay. The information and recommendations provided by the owner was quite helpful and appreciated. We will be sure to keep it in mind for future trips to the area.

Delightful Deer Valley

Fabuous views from the LR and MBR decks. Easy walk to Stein Ericson Lodge and Park City shuttle. The condo was outfitted with everything we needed for a relaxing two week stay. Owner sent information before our visit and verified there were no issues after check-in. We look forward to another visit at this property.

Well furnished and excellently maintained. Very comfortable array of sofas and chairs. Great mattresses! A five minute walk to Silver Lake Lodge / Stein Eriksen. Great views toward Empire/Lady Morgan and PCMR. Prompt and helpful responses by owner/manager to questions.

Perfect stay in snowy paradise

Myself and my girlfriend had an absolutely perfect stay at Terry’s house in Park city. The Home was outfitted with everything that we could have needed. we made delicious meals, enjoyed sitting in front of the fire, slept perfectly in the cozy bedrooms stay was memorable and we can’t wait to return. The kitchen was full of all of the cooking supplies and tools we needed. This is a generous VRBO host.

Delightful Deer Valley

We had wonderful week at the condo. The amenities inside the condo exceeded our expectations. Its convenient location to the Silver Lake Lodge made getting on and off the slopes a breeze. We cooked dinner every night and made use of the fully stocked kitchen. We appreciated having access to a washer and dryer inside the condo. Terry and Karen are gracious and attentive hosts. We can’t wait to return!

Excellent condo stocked with everything you need!

Our family of 5 had a great stay in this condo. The location is perfect - about a 7 minute walk to silver lake lodge. I have never stayed in a vrbo that was so well equipped with spices, cooking supplies, etc. We had planned on eating out most evenings but our son had a knee injury early on in our trip so we ended up spending most evenings in. I was so grateful to have so many necessities to make cooking easy. In addition, the condo was also stocked with shampoo, soap, lotion, hairdryers, Kleenex, etc. The condo was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Deer Valley cozy condo

This was our first visit to Deer Valley as a family of 5 and not knowing what to expect, this location came through as advertised. The condo is a less than 10 minute walk to the Silver Lake ski lodge, which is central to the resort. The property is a clean and spacious 2BR, 3 full bathroom with all that you will need to make for a comfortable stay in Deer Valley. There is an easily accessible garage for your vehicle and a couple of outdoor spots in addition in the front of the complex for easy loading/unloading. The owner, Terry, is very friendly and extremely helpful in planning your stay making himself available and providing a lot of detailed information ahead of the visit. We enjoyed our time here in Deer Valley and would certainly return in the future.

Beautiful Views

This was a really cute 2 bedroom condo with stairs just outside their door to an underground parking garage! The main floor has a large kitchen with an eating bar, table, living room, fireplace, T.V. area, and full bathroom. The lower level has two bedrooms and a full laundry room. Both bedrooms have their own ensuite bathroom and the smaller bedroom would be great for 3 kids as it has a bunk and a double bed. The condo is extremely well stocked with every item you could possibly ever need, and the instructions left by Terry were amazing! This condo is mid-mountain, which is fantastic as it means you aren't dealing with the base parking lot and day skiers. The location is about three blocks from the Silver Lake Lodge, so we took our skis and boots to the lodge's FREE storage area then easily walked to the slopes each day with nothing to carry. And, just a few feet from the condo was the free town bus that comes every 30 min. We used the bus daily to go downtown for shopping and dinner. The terminal in town is open-air and across the street from all the shops!

Terry was very communicative through the process and very helpful. The unit was very clean, nice and updated. A very short walk to Silver Lake Lodge and to the lifts. We stored or skis and boots at the lodge so it was a short easy walk to the lifts. The unit was well stocked with everything we needed and Terry checked on us a few times to make sure we didn’t need anything. I would definitely book this again on our next trip to DV.

Terry’s wonderful Silver Lake condo!

Terry was the loveliest host we have ever rented from and his unit was stocked with anything and everything one could need. The condo is in pristine condition, with comfortable beds and a quick walk up to the Silver Lake Lodge. My family and I had a wonderful weekend in this rental!

It's all about the views for us. Yes, we wanted to have a vacation property that could accommodate more friends and family, but we really fell in love with the views.
