I booked this house months in advance of our family vacation and the host canceled our reservation 48 hours before arrival, citing only “environmental”. Very disappointing. As it turns out, this was a happy accident as I was able to book a much better property in a much better neighborhood on the competing platform for vacation rentals.

I did advise you that me cancelling was completely out of my control as I has plumbing issues which ended up to be very costly on top of that I had to pay cancellation fees for cancelling on you. So I'm very sorry for any inconvenience
