The host was so friendly and attentive! There were things (trails, boat tours, restaurants, etc.) to do within a 4 minute drive and others that took no more than an hour. The place needed some sprucing up, though. We found spiders everywhere from the bathroom to the dining table. Additionally, some of the doors are very challenging to open/close. Overall, not bad for the price especially if you are going with multiple people.

The house was super clean and smelled good. I loved the quietness of the location and ease of maneuvering around Grand Marais The host was promptly available for any questions we may have. The location was perfect for rock hunting and hiking to waterfalls within the area. Will definitely book with this host again

Our host was very engaging/accommodating!We traveled with some friends to go snowmobiling and wanted a place close yo the trails. This home was very affordable and even had a heated room off the garage for our gear. It’s located close to town and trails.

Host responded in a timely manner and was very friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient for us as it’s close to town and easy access for riding SXS. Most of the interior doors do not close all the way and if you come during warmer weather, make sure you bring fans. No AC or ceiling fans. Do NOT open the bathroom window!! As it was in the 80’s and we expected 60’s, I was opening all the windows and when I went to unlock the main bathroom window the top window fell straight down and smashed my finger!! Ouch… not even 20 minutes into our stay. You have to hold it up and position it just right to lock it. The bathroom off the garage is very convenient, a great addition but know that hot is cold and cold is hot in the shower. Not a big deal, just helpful info. The back bedroom to the left (when walking toward the bathroom), the mattress is a brick!! I chose the wrong room as the other 2 beds were not complained about. Good thing the couches and recliner were comfortable! Other than that our stay was great and I would absolutely stay here again!

We had an absolutely perfect stay in Grand Marais for a couples snowmobiling trip. The cabin was spotlessly clean—it genuinely smelled clean when we walked in, which instantly set the tone for the whole stay.Jessica was a fantastic host. She was on top of everything, incredibly responsive, and made the entire experience seamless from start to finish. You can tell she truly cares about her guests.The location couldn’t have been better—quiet, peaceful, and very close to the snowmobile trails. Having a garage for the snowmobiles was a huge bonus and made the trip so much easier. One of our favorite moments was waking up in the morning and watching deer walk right down the driveway—pure UP magic.This is one of those places that makes you feel relaxed the second you arrive. Even though Jessica is newer to short-term rentals, she’s doing everything right. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, quiet, well-located place in Grand Marais—especially for snowmobiling.

Location was great, close to town. Loved the fire pit in the backyard. Lots of parking. We were happy to see a charcoal grill available. I appreciated the host checking to make sure we were able to get settled in. Would stay again when we travel to Grand Marais.
