Private 650 sq ft apartment above the garage in West Animas Valley. 10 minutes to downtown Durango, 5 minutes to Durango Hot Springs, 10 minutes to Animas River put-ins. King bed, queen sleeper sofa, full kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, and a private deck with mountain views (ideal for grilling, sunset dinners, and morning coffee outside). Own entrance, own driveway, dedicated parking. Pet-friendly. In winter, the property sits 20 minutes from Purgatory Resort and the apartment's gas fireplace warms it up. Note: the main house on the same property may be occupied by other guests.

Renter Agreement must be signed within 48 hours after booking. For last-minute reservations, agrmnt must be signed before check-in info will be sent.
