Welcome to our historically listed, William Krisel designed, Mid Century home in the desert.
Situated on El Paseo... the premier shopping street in Palm Desert. High end shops, countless excellent restaurants and beautiful vistas are awaiting you. Just a short walk/drive from our home, there is a Whole Foods, The Real Italian Deli (best Lasagna take out in the valley), 2 malls, a theater with world class entertainers throughout the year, art galleries, home decor boutiques, high end clothing including Saks off 5th as well as William Sonoma, Apple Store, Baccarat, Bo Concept furniture, Bottega Veneta, amazing jewelry and many more. Retail therapy at it's finest!

The home is newly renovated and has Mid Century and modern furniture, original art, high end finishes, fully stocked cook's kitchen and 2 ensuite bedrooms with wonderful mattresses. There are mountain and palm tree views from every window. 36' of sliding patio doors take you out to the patio where you can lay on chaise lounges in the shade or have an al fresco dinner for 6 at the dining table. There is a barbeque and easy access to the large heated pool. Shuffle board is also available.

Hiking is a five minute walk from the front door and can take you up and down the valley depending on your skill level...there is a hiking path for everyone including one that accesses the lighted cross at the top of the mountain. The complex is very quiet, safe and private....yet in the middle of everything.

It's a twenty minute drive to Palm Springs for the Art Museum, great shops and restaurants and outstanding design stores....as well as fashion, home decor and art galleries. The Thursday night art fair and street sale is a must see with food and live entertainment.
