This 3 Bed 2 Bath apt opposite the sea, Boardwalk, and amenities has just been renovated .
The open plan living and dining areas lead out to a covered balcony overlooking the sea!
The kitchen is new with granite counter tops, handleless cupboards, and a breakfast bar for extra seating.
The master bedroom is ensuite and the other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom.
The Master and the bedroom with the 2 beds have ac, ceiling fans and a standing fan.
The single bedroom has a wall fan and a standing fan.

The apartment is spacious, bright, and has 2 balconies -both with amazing sea views sea!

Buses and taxis are readily available on the main road just outside the apartment block.
