Enjoy spectacular ocean views from every residence at the St. Simons Grand. This exclusive collection of condominium homes, offered by Hodnett Cooper, is quickly becoming the Island favorite.

Each residence at the St. Simons Grand is well appointed with a large living and dining area, oversized oceanfront balcony, fully equipped kitchen, and three or four generously sized bedrooms.

Community amenities include gated access, wireless internet service, nighttime property patrol, private beach boardwalk, large heated oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub, lagoon with gazebo, and beautifully landscaped grounds.

Grand #325 features three bedrooms, three baths, a remarkable ocean view, and pleasant appointments throughout.

Bedding Includes: 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twins

Beginning 9/6/2026, The Saint Simons Grand will be undergoing major exterior renovations to include stucco replacement, building coating and sealants, new walkway and balcony coatings and sliding glass door replacement. During this time, the community will be an active construction site. While vacation rentals are expected to remain available throughout much of the project, guests may experience construction noise, temporary access restrictions, and other periodic disruptions, while other areas of the community may only experience minor impacts.

Beach Gear Credit Now Included! Hodnett Cooper has partnered with VayKLife, a beach delivery service provider, to offer beach gear rentals to Hodnett Cooper guests in participating properties. The condo was very roomy and had a wonderful view of the ocean. The unit was very clean when we arrived and had all of the amenities we needed. It was everything that we had wanted!

What a beautiful unit! This place was perfect in every way! you could feel the love that was put into the decor, it felt like a home! The view was the best part! Clean property and facilities! Just perfect! We will be back! They had everything we needed! Hodnett Cooper was also very helpful and both arrival and departure with complete with ease. Highly recommend!

The beach view was amazing!! My parents can’t walk the distance to the beach so they were able to throughly enjoy the beach from the balcony. The unit is beautifully decorated. I feel like we needed more bath and kitchen towels for a unit of this size. Also the stove is convection which we have never used had to google how to boil water. These two tiny things would not stop me from renting again!! We had a great stay.
