Quiet1 bedroom fully equipped cottage in a park like setting, close to shopping Tim Horton, Costco , restaurants, and activities. 30 Minutes to Mt. Washington skiing, Crown Isle golf course 10 min. Par 3 golf course 10 minutes away.Downtown 10 minutes. Airport 15 minutes. Patio and BBQ for your enjoyment. Going hiking , fishing all are close by. North island hospital close by.

Owner lives on same property and has 2 small dogs.
This reservation has a Super Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 14 day prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 14 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 7 to 13 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 7 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.
Our house rules: not suitable for infants under 2, not suitable for children aged 2 - 12, primary renter must be 25 or older, smoking permitted, no parties or events, no pets.

Excellent, convenient

Stayed 2 nights for eye surgery, very convenient to hospital and all necessary shopping is close by. Very clean, friendly and as advertised. Will be back for a holiday

I had day surgery at the nearby Comox hospital and this was a perfect place to stay for the extra night I needed to be here. Bob and Sherry were extremely helpful.

Perfect place to stay

You could not ask for anyone better than the owners of this property. The suite is clean and well equipped, and there is access to a beautiful garden. The property is conveniently located just around the corner from the Comox valley regional Hospital. I highly recommend this as a place to stay.

Escape to snow!

In Courtney for some skiing at Mt Washington, about 25 min from the Garden House. As usual this home away from home did not disappoint! Love the separate sleeping area, upstairs away from living and kitchen area. Lots of room, many special touches, your hosts have thought of everything!!! Nice view of garden, well equipped kitchen and quiet location all make for a very peaceful stay! we will be back.

We had an amazing stay. Bob and Sherry are great hosts and the accommodations were outstanding! Everything was there for us so we could simply just relax and enjoy our stay. ten stars!

Comfortable suite in a great location

My husband and I spent a week at the 'garden suite' and found it very comfortable and well equipped. The location made it very easy to get to local golf courses and restaurants and everywhere we wanted to go. The hosts were great.....there if we needed them but otherwise invisible. I would stay here again and would definitely recommend it to other Courtenay visitors.

Quiet

Stayed for just over a week, my husband had to leave unexpectedly. Quiet. Owners kept to themselves. Private. I found the suite to be quite dark, and not alot of natural light. The back patio wasn't as private and it looks in the pictures. The owners patio looks right into the patio/sitting are of the suite. I know this is a personal preference, but I wasn't a fan of all the florescent lighting. Very clean, and well equipped. Over all a decent stay.

Home away from home

Sherry and bobs place was just like the title says, home away from home! It was cozy, quiet and very inviting! Thanks for the produce for our salad Bob! We will definitely stay here again!
