Welcome to our roomy and welcoming home located in a beautifully maintained San Diego neighborhood. Fantastic location in the La Playa area of Point Loma! Enjoy the view of Coronado off the deck and primary suite. This charming single-family residence combines comfort, convenience, and style, making it the perfect getaway for your visit to the area. We look forward to welcoming you and ensuring your stay is nothing short of exceptional.

Ideally situated in the coveted La Playa neighborhood. Just a short stroll to the beach, this modern home blends timeless elegance with resort-style amenities. The main residence offers split-level living, consists of 4 spacious bedrooms and 3.5 baths, including two primary suites with spa-like bathrooms.

- Master bedroom 1 upstairs: king size bed x1 w/ ensuite and sofa bed x1 (Sleep 3)
- Master bedroom 2 downstairs: king size bed x1 w/ ensuite and pull out bed x1 (Sleep 3)
- bedroom 3 upstairs: king size bed x1 and sofa bed x 2 (Sleep 4)
- bedroom 4 upstairs: BUNK BED: full x1 & twin x1 (Sleep 2)
- Game room: king size bed x1 and sofa bed x1 (Sleep 3)
**PARKING: 3 cars on driveway. Free street parking on the house side, 2 hours free parking on other side.
You can park up to 3 cars on the driveway, but due to the decline slope, it is easier to park on the street if available.
**Our property is pet-friendly. There will be an additional fee of $150 for pet cleaning. You will need to disclose your pets for our approval before booking. Limit 2 pets max, under 30 pounds.
Guests can access any rooms in the house except the basement, where we have our water heater, furnace, and storage for cleaning equipments.
**PARKING: 3 cars on driveway. Free street parking on the house side, 2 hours free parking on other side.
You can park up to 3 cars on the driveway, but due to the decline slope, it is easier to park on the street if available.
***Cameras are only placed in all common areas OUTSIDE the property with noise detection. There are cameras in the front door, backyard, driveway, and side of the houses. There are no cameras inside the house. The cameras are in place to ensure the safety of everyone. Cameras are for after incident liability determination only. They should never be monitored.
**Our property is pet-friendly. There will be an additional fee of $150 for pet cleaning. You will need to disclose your pets for our approval before booking. Limit 2 pets max, under 30 pounds.
***Gardeners may visit during your stay. They will respect your space and privacy and will not be bothering you.
***Please do not block the sidewalk to avoid receiving a ticket
***Pool Maintenance Note for Guests
We’d like to reassure you that our pool is professionally serviced on a weekly basis on MONDAY.
However, depending on the season, you may notice flowers and small debris in the pool shortly after cleaning. This is due to a nearby tree (most likely an Eucalyptus Globulus a.k.a Tasmanian Bluegum, which are common in the area) whose blossoms tend to fall frequently—sometimes almost instantly—and may contain natural oils. This can cause the pool water to appear cloudy or slightly oily, as shown in the photo. Please rest assured, this does not mean the pool is dirty or lacking in chemicals.
