Perfect for families, multiple families, corporate groups, convention goers and those who want easy access to the best that San Diego has to offer. This home is just a 10 minute Uber ride to the San Diego Convention Center, Gaslamp Quarter, Mission Bay or San Diego International Airport and 5 minutes to Little Italy, the San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park and Bankers Hill. This home is also walking distance to Historic Old Town where you will find shops, bars, restaurants and historic monuments.

If you prefer to enjoy San Diego from the comfort of this home, you won’t be disappointed.

From the west facing rooftop deck with outdoor living room furniture, enjoy a cocktail as you watch the planes fly into San Diego International Airport, enjoy the sunset over San Diego Bay, or watch the Sea World fireworks after dark. This house has panoramic views of the Downtown skyline, city lights, San Diego Bay and Pacific Ocean.

The backyard features an elegant pool and jacuzzi with chaise lounge chairs and ample seating for outdoor entertaining and eating.

Inside, you have five bedrooms that can sleep between 12-14 people, and 4 full baths.

Upstairs are two master suites, both with king size beds, ensuite bathrooms, walk-in closets and access to a large west facing private terrace with chaise lounge chairs.

Two other guest rooms have queen beds. One guest room has a queen bed and a bunk bed, which will be updated in late June 2019 with two queen size bunk beds (that’s four beds, with upgraded mattresses and adult size beds, for the ability to sleep up to 8 in one room.)

We also provide a Crib in one master bedroom and have pack and plays for small children. Each bedroom features a large LCD TV with DVD player and individual air conditioning units.

All the bathrooms are tastefully decorated with stone showers and tub. Generous linens, pool towel, extra blankets and pillows are also provided.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking supplies, pots/pans/plates/glassware/etc.

Enjoy the indoor or covered outdoor dining rooms, the gas BBQ, entertainment system and brand-new comfortable living room furniture.

We stayed with our large family of 13 ranging from seniors to infants and had a wonderful time. The house, its accommodations and location were all great. The house had plenty of room and everyone loved the pool and rooftop terrace (great for sunsets across the bay and the kids loved watching the planes flying in and out of the airport). We did a mix of eating out and in, and the kitchen was sufficiently large and well-stocked to accommodate cooking for a large group, especially with the extra large 5-6 burner gas grill on the patio.The location was not only very convenient but we felt safe walking in the neighborhood at all times. The location was within easy walking distance to many restaurants, bars and Old Town, and just a 5 minute walk to the trolley/metro stop with a fast ride to downtown, the marina and the USS Midway. Many other sites were only short drives away, including Balboa Park, the zoo, Coronado Beach and La Jolla Cove. Even Temecula with all of its great wineries was only an hour away.Our host, Ali was easy to work with and very responsive. We did have an issue with the pool heater malfunctioning, but Ali and James took care of it promptly.Overall, a great vacation and I would highly recommend staying here.

It was perfect for a family of 12 to attend Marine Corps Boot Camp Family day and Graduation. Wish we had more time at the rental to enjoy the amenities. The 4 bedrooms plus the large bunk bedroom with the 4 bathrooms made the stay very comfortable. The stairs gave us our exercise and required assistance on the part of family members to the elderly couple with us. Nothing that couldn't be managed.

Great for big groups!

Perfect spot and size house for a big group! Loved the location, pool and view from the deck. Traffic is loud from the roofdeck, but can't really be heard indoors. A few small things that would have made our stay a bit more "homey" would have been some type of storage/dresser (especially in the bunk room where there was no closet) and towel hooks in the bathroom/bedrooms. With a large group we didn't have anywhere to hang bathroom towels to dry. Great house and stay!

Overall, the stay was really good. The place is a little outdated and had some damage/items that were not in working order, but overall the amenities were good. There was really good food that was close as well. The host was incredibly accommodating and very communicative during the process.

Overall this house was exactly what my family needed. There is an AC unit per room which really helps when you have a multi generation family where we had folks who ran very hot and ones who run very cold. It also had enough rooms and bathrooms and space for us to spread out. You can tell the owner had chosen quality furnishings and decor. The only issues we had were the stairs which for my father who is 88 was a bit challenging so be sure to keep that in mind and the noise although the rooms on the 1st and 2nd levels had less of that issue. Between the train, the planes and the racers it was similar to living in a city but again the house is well insulated and the curtains helped. There was more than enough plates and utensils for a house that size as well as towels for the whole family. We really enjoyed the house and our stay in San Diego!

Great temporary home for our extended family!

Grandma, two daughters, their husbands and six kids enjoyed a wonderful stay for a week. The property is very spacious and everybody enjoyed their own favourite places. One granddaughter drew many pictures up on the roof, all enjoyed the pool and the adults enjoyed the hot tub! The kitchen was well equipped. Comfortably furnished. Great home for a large group!
