About this property

Heated pool, hot tub & waterslides near the beach!

Enjoy private resort living complete with a heated saltwater pool, waterslides, a Jacuzzi, an outdoor kitchen, views of the ocean, and SeaWorld fireworks. This home has all the fine details to make your stay in San Diego unforgettable including a fully stocked kitchen and both indoor and outdoor games. It is located overlooking the ocean and bays in a beautiful upscale neighborhood, yet close enough to enjoy all of the San Diego attractions in a 5–30-minute drive.







You will love our quiet, beautiful upscale neighborhood where there is plenty of parking. You can see the ocean from our home, but it is high above it to avoid having to deal with crowds.

You can access the property by an individually provided key code.

The main house consists of a master bedroom upstairs with full bathroom and king size bed and beautiful views. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a king size bed and a bedroom with a queen bed. Both have views of the side yard garden. A fourth bedroom with two twin and a pull-out ottoman bed with views of the pool. The pool house is a separate structure with a queen sofa sleeper and a full size loft bed. We can also provide pack n plays, umbrella strollers and highchairs so please let the owners know if you need these complementary items.

There is a large living room with a 50-inch flat screen TV and enough seating for 16 people and a fully stocked kitchen with a large family style table.

There are two spaces in our driveway and three spaces in front of the house for a total of 5 spaces for your personal use. San Diego does have a good trolley, but for our area we recommend renting a car or taking an Uber/Lift. We can provide information on a car service if needed. Our neighborhood provides some beautiful walks with views.

The main house has four bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths with a beautiful master on the second floor. The pool house has a loft bed, a queen sofa, a sleeper, a kitchenette, and full bath, and a shower. Please inquire with the host if you would like to add the pool house. Our home is pet friendly but please inquire with the hosts as some are not allowed by the home insurance.

Great location with an ocean view. We had a party of 11 family members, and the house was comfortable for a group that size. The kitchen was probably one of the best stocked kitchens we have ever used. This home is all about the backyard. What a great set-up for kids!!! They loved the pool, slides and spa. Lots of outdoor seating, and umbrellas for those in our group not wanting the sun exposure. While we did a beach and zoo day, everyone would have been happy just to hang out at the house all week!

Our family of five had an absolutely fabulous vacation staying at this gorgeous home. The house is spacious, bright, airy and super comfortable. The best part of the home is the backyard and pool, which makes you feel like you are on a movie set, SO cool!!!!! The location is perfect, close to pretty much everything you want to do. Our host April was very accessible, checking in on us and right there if we had a question. She made an already perfect vacation even better. We are so sad that we had to leave, however, we will be back!!

I am a native of San Diegan who dreamed of living at the beach. My husband and I fulfilled that dream when we purchased our first home. We have raised our family and a dog named Kona in this house. Living the San Diego lifestyle at the beach with beautiful weather and unlimited outdoor activities at our doorstep has truly been a dream fulfilled.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with this house the moment we saw the spectacular views of the city of San Diego, bays, ocean, Coronado Island, and to Mexico. It is a very quiet peaceful location on Soledad Mountain but is close to everything San Diego has to offer. There is something to do for children of all ages. You are minutes from the famous San Diego Zoo, historic Balboa Park, Belmont Park (roller coaster), Legoland, and more! Looking from the front of the house you can Sea World fireworks at night. You can enjoy every water sport imaginably just minutes from the property. If you are looking for nightlife or great shopping you can find them close by as well in Downtown's Gaslamp District, Garnet Ave in Pacific Beach, or on Prospect in La Jolla.

What makes this property unique

We wanted our home to be a private oasis to enjoy as much as the local attractions. Enjoy family time in your private resort including water slides, waterfalls, an outdoor kitchen, and a deck with gorgeous ocean views. At night BBQ and enjoy the breathtaking tranquility of watching the San Diego sunset and taking a dip in a warm saltwater pool (heat included in the price) or Jacuzzi.
