Sleeping Arrangements This home provides plenty of room for everyone to spread out: • Primary Bedroom: King bed. • Bedroom 2: Queen bed. • Bedroom 3: Full-over-full bunk bed + twin trundle + separate twin bed.

Guest Access You will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home during your stay.
We want you to feel completely at home during your stay! We give our guests privacy, but we’re always just a message away if you need anything.
You can reach us through the app at any time, and we’ll respond quickly to help with questions, recommendations, or any issues that come up.
We won’t be on-site during your stay, but we do have local support available if something requires in-person assistance.
Other Things to Note -Please note the driveway is unpaved (sand/dirt). While most vehicles access it without issue, guests should be aware that use is at their own discretion in case a vehicle gets stuck. -Please keep an eye on children and guests near the water, as there is no fence separating the backyard from the lake. -Property uses well water, a slight tint or natural smell is normal and safe. -This property is a duplex and part of a lot with 3 other rentals. You may see other guests around but your unit has full privacy. - The grill is a shared amenity, propane is not provided, but tanks are available for you to refill locally if you’d like to use it. - Professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest stay. -You may see local wildlife such as deer and birds during your stay. - Pet-friendly: Up to 2 pets allowed ($65 per pet - per stay). -Do not leave trash outside or around the property, as it will attract wildlife. Please place all trash inside the dumpsters provided outside of the building, friendly reminder that the bins cannot be moved to the house. -This home has thinner walls, so you may hear some outside sounds or noise from neighboring spaces. If you’re a light sleeper, we recommend bringing earplugs. -This property is a single level home but contains multiple furnished living spaces with furniture, décor, and area rugs typical of a lived in home. These elements may pose a risk for young children if not supervised. If you are traveling with children, please supervise them at all times. By booking this property, guests acknowledge and accept responsibility for their children’s safety during their stay. -Guests are responsible for their personal items. Any belongings left after checkout will not be stored or shipped. -For your stay, we provide a starter supply of toiletries and essentials. Guests are responsible for replenishing these items for the remainder of their stay.
Additional House Rules: Nature and Environment Welcome to sunny Florida! With our beautiful weather and greenery comes humidity and bugs, this is completely natural and common. Our property is professionally treated for pests, but you may still see bugs outdoors. Please pack sunscreen and bug spray to stay comfortable during your stay.
Pet Policy -Maximum: 2 pets allowed (NO cats). -All pets must be in a leash if they are outside the property. -All pets must be disclosed and approved during the booking process. -Pet Fee: $65 per pet - per stay (must be paid before check-in). -Non-Refundable: The pet fee applies for the entire stay and is non-refundable. -Failure to disclose pets may result in additional fees or cancellation.
Parking Information You will be assigned a designated parking area upon arrival. All vehicles must park only in their assigned spaces to keep the property organized and accessible for everyone.
Check-In / Check-Out Check-In Time 4:00PM - Check-Out Time 10:00AM.
Check-in Requirements: -The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and must stay at the property (no third-party bookings unless approved in writing). After booking, a photo ID must be sent via message to receive check-in details.
-Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: Available upon request (subject to availability, not guaranteed). Please request at least 48 hours in advance.
-Requests made less than 24 hours before check-out will be denied.
-Late checkout without prior approval will result in a $100 fee (we need to give cleaners enough time to prepare the home for the next guests).
Reservation Changes -We do not accept reservation changes within 30 days of check-in (except extensions). -Requests to shorten stays or adjust dates to a later period will not be approved. If you cannot make your reserved dates, please cancel as early as possible.
Guest Limits -Maximum occupancy: 10 guests. -Only the number of guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight unless approved in writing.
Smoking and Substance Policy No smoking or drugs allowed inside the home. Any smell or evidence of smoking will result in a minimum $600 fee.
Events and Noise -No parties or events are allowed. -Quiet hours: 10 PM - 8 AM (please be mindful of neighbors when outdoors during these hours). -No fireworks of any kind are allowed. -No firearms unless they remain locked inside your vehicle.
