We went out to AZ for Mayo visits & this cozy casita was a perfect relaxing stay! The house & the property were perfectly clean, the accommodations were great! The host even left a note of local conveniences. The grocery store & visits to Scottsdale & main Mayo hospital commutes were closeby easy. We enjoyed nice walks to the golf course near by. Host recommended nearby restaurants that were fabulous! There was this Haan Korean bbq place that was a first time amazing dining experience that was walking distance from the casita. This casita had all The comfort of home away from home! Special ty to this host who pulled out all the stops if you forgot it they had you covered! Ty for making our stay so pleasant

Excellent location and accommodations! Very clean with lots of extras. We stayed in the room with the queen sized bed and it was very comfortable as was the couch in the living room. Loved the homey and fun feel.

This property is has recently been set up for short term rentals, but, in the past, we owned and rented out3 condos on the beaches of Puerto Penasco, Mx. (having said this, we are very experienced in meeting the preferred needs and desires of those using VRBO) We've sold all of our properties in Mexico. We've traveled all over the world and enjoyed meeting people from different parts of the world. I play pickleball at least 5 times per week for hours, and I'm a proud owner having restored a 1957 which took over 4 years to do. My wife is Mexican and loves to prepare unbelievable mexican food dishes. She's very involved in natural care using what plants and herbs she learned about from her previous generations.

You will get to hear and see what I most enjoy about the neighborhood. It's very quiet, and the views are wonderful. Sit out on the patio and enjoy the quiet time. Also, this location is within 2 blocks of 3 restaurants that you can walk too.

What makes this property unique

Having traveled a lot and renting VRBO properties, we developed a really good education about what made our stays comfortable and enjoyable. We've added the amenities to make our casita feel like a home.
