Welcome to your perfect home-away-from-home! This spacious and modern 5-bedroom house is perfectly designed to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests, making it the ideal setting for family vacations, group reunions, or extended stays.

This entire residence offers both privacy and convenience. You will find five individual, private bedrooms, each thoughtfully furnished with a comfortable Queen-sized bed to ensure a great night's sleep for every guest. The home also includes two full, well-maintained bathrooms to easily accommodate your group.

For your convenience, the house features a fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances, cookware, and dishware necessary to prepare and enjoy group meals. Additionally, a dedicated washer and dryer are available in the basement, allowing you to easily handle laundry during your visit.

To make your arrival smooth, we provide parking for one vehicle directly in front of the house. Please note that any additional cars will need to utilize nearby street parking. Whether you are planning a short trip or a long-term stay, this house offers the space, amenities, and comfort your entire group needs.

The area is nice and was busy doing my stay. The host communicates well. However doing my stay there were problem with the unit that were unacceptable. Me and my group was locked out and had to sleep outside because the unit did not have the prop keys to open the door and no key was provided in the beginning. There were also bugs in the unit and the check in information was bad.

Unit was not cleanly. We saw a roach. Scuffs on the walls. And cobwebs everywhere. The boxsprings even had staining on them. Could’ve been a nice place but was just not well maintained. Area is to be expected in north Philly but in a quiet part and close to public transportation. Served as an acceptable place to sleep for a big group.
