Three cozy bedrooms with large flat screen TVs to enjoy. Two living areas with comfy sleeper sofas, kitchen full of essentials with new stainless steel appliances. Spacious back yard with quick access to the beach (1min walk).
There is space for two cars to park in the front of the house and in the back of the house there is space to park along the side of the fence. There is an Electric Vehicle charging port on the side of the house. Bring your own charging cord.
This is a quiet family neighborhood, please be respectful of noise.
