Driveway parking is available for two cars, directly in front of the home.

The Neighborhood:

This home sits in a safe and centrally located neighborhood that keeps you close to everything Pensacola has to offer, just minutes from downtown, local shops, dining, and the beach. With its freshly remodeled interior, you’ll enjoy modern comfort in a convenient setting. Whether you’re visiting for a family vacation, business trip, or a quick getaway, you’ll appreciate the easy access to major roads, nearby attractions, and all the essentials for a comfortable stay.



While the neighborhood is safe, it does lack charm and isn’t the most walkable or visually appealing area. It’s an older community with a lived-in feel, many properties could use some curb appeal, and the sidewalks aren’t fully walkable. Your kids will be safe and comfortable inside the unit, but you’ll be best served taking them downtown or to the beach for outdoor fun instead of walking around the neighborhood.



The location is extremely convenient, with a short drive to downtown Pensacola, the beach, and other scenic spots. Inside, you’ll find a warm, modern space that’s been freshly remodeled, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

Our home is a charming duplex with two additional private units on the property. We setup the property to ensure a peaceful and private experience for all guests. While you enjoy the tranquility of the home, you'll have the added benefit of knowing that there are other guests nearby in their own private spaces, creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere without compromising your privacy. You’re welcome to smoke outside the property in designated outdoor areas. We kindly ask that you clean up afterward and properly dispose of cigarette butts to help keep the space tidy and pleasant for everyone.
