THIS IS A NEW HOUSE ON 4690 TRADEWINDS DRIVE, THE HOUSE IS CLOSE TO THE PENSACOLA BAY AND GREAT FOR TRAVEL AND EXPLORATION OF PENSACOLA. FROM THE HOUSE TO THE PENSACOLA BEACH IS A 30 MINUTE TO DRIVE.. THE NEIGHBORHOOD IS VERY QUIET AND SAFE. IT IS CLOSE TO MANY NICE RESTAURANTS, SUPERMARKETS AND SHOPPING PLAZA.
SAFETY OF YOUR FAMILY (ESPECIALLY YOUR PARENTS , YOUR CHILDREN) IS ON YOUR OWN RESPONSIBILITY .YOUR OLD PARENTS CAN COME IN THE HOUSE BY THE BACK DOOR (FLAT AND SAFE AREA ) AFTER YOU CHECK IN THE HOUSE BY FRONT DOOR . OR THEY CAN IGNORE THE STEPS BY WALKING ON THE GRASS TO THE LEFT CORNER OF THE HOUSE (picture attached on house listing)

We had a very pleasant stay. The house was clean and spacious in a safe neighborhood. Tuan checked in with us daily to see if we needed anything. It was also a very good value for the money compared with others in the area. We would stay there again if we visit Pensacola in the future.

This is not a place for disabled people. Entrance is very steep.Owner came 2nd and 3rd days (he let us know he was coming) to work on the outside of the property during the day.Things that I would consider basics were not included: tissues, foil or plastic wrap, salt and pepper.

Very nice home and Tuan was very gracious and attentive. The front hill was steep up to the front door. It could be a problem for those with mobility issues. I would stay again.

The whole house was great. From the bathrooms to the kitchen everything was clean and nice.The only thing was the yard we are use to a well keep yard other than that the place was great. Would stay there again yes

The host was Amazing and very welcoming. They were very attentive to out needs and shared information and videos regarding how things worked in the house. The house was very comfortable and spacious. I would recommend this house to complete your stay in Pensacola, FL. Everything was perfect!!! I will definitely stay here again!!!

I was very happy with how clean the inside of the house was. The curtains in the living room and main spaces were shear, wasn’t a fan of that. Thankfully the curtains in the bedrooms were solid. I was glad I brought my own laundry detergent because there wasn’t any on site. There also wasn’t any pantry basics such as salt/pepper, cooking oil, coffee grounds or even aluminum foil to cover the dish I baked. There were cooking pots, pans and utensils. I tried using the washing machine and both times it took much longer than needed and multiple attempts because the washer kept going off balance and stopping. When I notified the host, he simply asked me to do smaller loads. Seemed like he was aware of the issue. All I had in the wash was 1 days worth of clothes for my family of 4. A few times when I used the microwave, it made a popping sound and made me feel like it wasn’t safe to use. It’s a very steep incline to the front door but the host makes it clear that there is an easier side entrance. The host checked in with me daily.
