Larry was very helpful, but the place was smaller than made to look in the pictures and lacked some of the basic amenities expected in whole-house rentals (for example, basic spices to cook with). The shower had trash and a used bar of soap, the kitchen counters had food stuck on them and the faucet handles were dirty, there was no flat sheet (only fitted sheet) for couch bed, and the neighbors were so close you could literally hear them sneeze. It didn’t feel suitable for 3 people, especially with nowhere to unpack or really put suitcases. It might be better suited for 1-2 people who don’t mind close neighbors though.
