First impression beautiful property in the trees. Clean inside. The hot tub was one of the cleanest and nicest spaces I’ve seen. Under a pergola with a tv. Easy check in and simple check out.

I would stay there again but I think people should know there is no air conditioning in the place. The pictures make it look like the hot tub is connected to where you stay but it's actually behind the owner's house and they don't replenish toilet paper if you run out. The price was really good, is very well located, and it suited 8 of us pretty well.

Most places up here in the mountains don’t have air conditioning. Our listing is very clear that the swim spa is a shared space. Also, you never requested more toilet paper.

This place was exactly as advertised. It was secluded, has all the cooking essentials you may need, with condiments to use so you won’t have to buy this. A big note is that Walmart is within walking distance or a 5 minute drive. The hosts were more than accommodating to anything I requested and responded very quickly. I absolutely recommend them if you’re looking for a nice place close to Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, or other locations in Colorado.

This house was clean and spacious. It has a rustic cabin feel to it inside and out. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was large enough and stocked for our family to be able to cook meals. Check in and out was quick and easy.

Cute place off the beaten path. The host responded immediately each time i had a question. Hot tub was grrat after a day of hiking. The place was a littke hard to find late at night in a snowstorm, but in the light, very easy. Only negative was the top bunk bed was hard for an adult to fet in and out of.

Was an awesome home away from home within close proximity of restaurants and shopping. Very peaceful place with opportunity to see wild turkeys and deer roaming around while you sit in the hottub and enjoy the scenery and country vibe.
