This tastefully remodeled (late 2025) three bedroom, two bathroom home is THE place to get your desert fix! The house has a spacious kitchen with tons of natural light all a short drive from festival grounds. Walk to shuttle stops, or relax in 44 pools & spas on site. Perfect to chill, recharge, and live your best festival life. Include a very cool "vintage" golf cart.

Make the space what you need! Primary bedroom has a very comfy king size bed. Secondary bedroom has a great queen size bed and is adjoining the internal courtyard which offers lots of light when you want it. The third bedroom has two single beds which can be converted to a king, if needed.

Plenty of dishes, glasses, and silverware, pans and cookware and pretty much anything else you would need in the kitchen. Very high quality linens on every bed with extra linens for all as well.

It’s a quiet oasis with tons of natural light and beautiful views - the perfect place to do as much or as little as you want!
