A relaxing stay awaits you at this coastal studio condo facing the water. With a variety of beaches at your fingertips, you'll always have a new one to explore. Embracing nature is made even easier with the number of parks nearby, as well as a golf course to enjoy the ocean breeze as you play. You'll find no shortage of local eateries too, with many of them sporting premium waterfront seating to take in the views and delicious food.

Back at your vacation condo, your proximity to the ocean means you'll always be able to walk to the beach. However, a sparkling community pool is available to swim closer to your home away from home. If you'd prefer to make your own meals, the full kitchen has everything you'll need. Step out onto the deck, have a seat, and partake in the food, as well as the scenery. No wifi the whole weekend! Host was not able to fix the wifi problem and eventually stopped communicating with me about it. Room smelled weird and we had to air it out. Had an issue with no parking passes in the room like we were told but didn’t become a bigger problem. Plentiful linens for beach and bath. Cookware was better quality than most other places. Distance to the beach was excellent. Pool is small and sandy but was good for us. Comfortable bed. AC worked great.

Near the beach

All in all the stay was great. There were a few hick ups and unless you're willing to pay to park your entire stay, the walk to anything to do in surf city by the pier was a 40+ minute walk.

A little dated but clean. Nice stay. Could use a good sitting chair or recliner. Just my take.

Enjoyable

It was a nice time. We would recommend putting some sort of welcome packet with all the rules of the property, check in/out procedures in the properties, like some local restaurants, the fact that there is an elevator and outdoor showers. It was a nice and cute place, we would definitely consider staying there again. We would also recommend maybe putting a cutting board in the property.

just ok

No one on site to help with anything. Impossible to get help on phone once arrived. Had to kill 4 cockroaches, bath sink was broken and pulling from wall and toilet ran constantly and was loose from floor. Place looked nice and location is great.

Great location, nice bed, good water pressure, good wi-fi.

I I loved everything mentioned in the title. As I said and comments to vacasa the property was billed as more of a condo, but turned out to be more of a motel. In any event the room was clean except for a few small bugs. But, I've lived in florida, so bugs by the beach are to be expected, trade. My only concern in the booking was that I tried to cancel the reservation after Hurricane Helene ravage North Carolina. I was concerned about getting on and off of the island. Mikasa would have none of it and would not cancel with a refund. In any event it was no problem getting on and off the island and it was a great day.

Great stay for a couple

Property was described properly. It is perfect if you want more than a hotel/motel but dont need a full house. Fit our needs perfectly. The only problem we had was mostly our fault. I accidentally only scheduled for 3 nights and needed 4. When i tried to extend our stay by one day the cost would nearly doubled our three night stay because it was set up like new rental instead of additional days. So all the fees would have been doubled. So be cautious. In the past owners have worked with us if we needed to add a day. But this is a company and dont seem to be able to do that.
