Cute little beach cottage

Very cute little cottage. Very convenient across from the St. Regis for restaurants, coffee and ice cream. Bring your own beach towels, though. The rental does not provide them. We had a nice stay!

Great Time in NTB

The duplex is in a great location and is perfect for a small family. The house is well stocked with all the essentials, extremely clean, and nicely decorated. The downstairs area is great for hanging out after the beach and has games for adults and toys for kids. We highly recommend this rental for your next vacation at NTB.

Amazing Beach Home

This wonderful home in North Topsail Beach is about as perfect as you can get! It was close to the beach and our family had everything we needed while staying there. The host, Micah, really knows how to make sure guests feel welcome and that the home offers practically everything you could need during your stay. The covered outdoor area under the deck was one of our favorite places to hang out after spending the day at the beach. We gone to visit again next year!

Why they chose this property

Perfect for families or couples looking for a peaceful getaway. Fully loaded kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances, cookware, and dishes. COFFEE bar with K-cups and syrups for my fellow coffer lovers. Master bedroom includes a queen bed, smart tv, large mirror, and walk in closet. Guest room includes bunk beds and closet. Living area includes large smart tv mounted on the wall which you can see from the deck, comfortable couch with foldout bed. The deck is large with 4 comfy chairs ready for you to relax, listen to music, and make memories. The hammock is positioned in the shade with the dueling UNC vs Duke corn hole boards for when things get competitive. The yard is perfect for kids to play while you can watch from the deck above.

This is stress free living at its finest!!!

What makes this property unique

The resort across the street has a walk-up window restaurant open during the day and a rooftop seafood restaurant open in the evenings. They also have an ice cream stand open most evenings as well.

There is a beautiful park located just a few minutes away with a large pirate ship themed playground, basketball court, sand volleyball, docks to walk out into the sound, Italian Ice venue, and more.

The Tiki Mart and Bar is located one block away. This is a fun place to visit in the evening and hang out with other vacationers.

The northern tip of the island is less than a mile away and has breathtaking beach and sound views. If you look closely you’ll see the sails of an old shipwreck. We highly recommend driving the bikes there one evening. There is a parking lot so you can drive a car as well. If you have a 4 wheel drive vehicle you can actually drive it out on the sand in the marked areas. The city sells day passes for you to take your vehicles out on the sand and it’s a blast.
